hi, first of all congrats..mas ok kung paunahin mo muna husband mo s canada then after mo manganak saka kayo mag apply ksama n c baby..sa ngayon khit noon p need n ng pof pag kasama family at least cad$5k..as per my advise wag po kyo maxado magmadali sa pagapply sa ngayon..pero if you have pof more than $5k, you can apply nmn together with your husband.

thank you dat_girl for the quick reply. actually supposedly initial reaction ng first time mom is to be happy right pro knina when i found out parang ang bigat ng pakiramdam haay pro thank you sa pag congratulate ikaw ung first time na nag congratulate sa kin hahaha! anyway, what if we have pof (proof of funds? tama?) na mga $5k cad anong application apply namin? husband ko work permit ako ano application ang kailan ko complete? super lost ako haaay! depressing. :'(

yes you can apply if you have lots of pof..apply mo is spousal open work permit. pkibackread n lng ung message ni ate pearlyshell regarding s sowp requirements. separate kyo ng husband mo ng application..why nmn mabigat ang feeling mo eh you supposed to be super happy mom.

Been lurking here for quite a long time already.. Gathering infos and all..

We are also planning to lodge SOWP application couple of weeks from now. We are still gathering required documents for the application.

Alin ba ang mas advisable? Ako ang gumawa ng account sa CIC o yung spouse ko sa Pinas? May pagkakaiba ba sa procedure na sinusunod kung ako ang gagawa at maapektuhan ba ang timeline nito?

Maplelove, san ka sa Alberta? Pwede ka ba tawagan para sa malaman ko lang ang procedure na ginawa mo? Initial plan kasi sya na lang sana ang mag lodge ng application online. Baka mas better option kung ako ang gagawa nito para sa kanya para wag na siya mahirapan.

sa saskatchewan siya. im gathering my requirements na nga din the past few days. hope maka-lodge na ako next week. pero kung affected and timeline pag ako ang nag-apply sa pinas, send ko na lang lahat ng docs sa asawa ko at siya ang mag-submit na diretso doon. don't know pa.

Not sure about that. Karamihan sa forum mates natin, dito sila sa pinas nag apply. Hope, may makapag share ng experience and/or ideas with regards kung inside Canada ang application ng SOWP.

My hubby applied for sowp online last may13 and within here in canada ko binayaran yung fee and still now wala pa din mr. same lang ng processing if nasa pinas ka or here in canada kasi iisang site lang naman ang gagamitin.

Just check my online applciation its said that if i can't view it,its mean its not on process.. two months na not in process pa din. nakakalungkot naman so sana pala hindi na lang ako nagonline so mas ok pa pala yung manual siguro now may mr na hubby ko.

Chinechek mu ba online ung status mu dun sa cic site? Dun sa "check my status" ginmit din nmn un eh and sabi nila un daw is for pr applicant lang kc nung chineck nmn ung appliction nmn ng friend ko ganyan din ang sabi samen..not on process pa daw..para lang daw po sa pr applicant un
