If any dependents of the principal applicant applied together at the same time with the application of the principal
applicant you choice YES. For example If a wife apply also for SOWP and child apply for TRV if less than 6 years old.
You choice NO if only your husband applied for work permit and TRV and decided for the case of his dependents later.

good evening po!
thanks ATS2012 for the reply....i'll just confirm your response po....if dependent, i'll check yes to accompany to canada? if i'll apply for sowp together with my husband's application, will i check no to accompany to canada? thanks again :)
also, does my husband need to apply for another nbi clearance? he got his nbi last nov 2012. travel to canada or visa canada po ba ang reason na ilalagay?
thank you again :) :)

Yes Mam if you applied for SOWP together with your husband application for work permit at the same time You check box YES. Then if you decided to apply for SOWP later meaning by that time your husband was already in Canada you choice NO.
Yes Mam your husband must take new NBI clearance because according to the rules the issuance of your NBI clearance must within the three months period upon received your application by CEM.And it must be VISA CANADA .
Note the remarks in your NBI clearance must be NO RECORD ON FILE or NO DEROGATORY RECORD if not you need to provide a written explanation as stated on the temporary work permit checklist.
Hope it helps. God bless your application. :) :) :)

PS. Please check this link for more information or about Temporary work permit application checklist to prevent mistake.http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/philippines/visas/54_1.aspx?lang=eng . Thanks

thank you ATS2012....pwede pala isubmit ng sabay ang application namin.
thanks also re: nbi info....yung nakuha namin last year is travel canada, .... this forum really helps...maraming salamat! :))

Your welcome Mam, travel Canada is also possible but the problem is your husband NBI clearance was already
morethan three months right? Hope it helps. God bless. :)

PS.

Nag-submit na me ng cert from my previous employer.

Hi everyone, Meron na bang Nagka visa sa inyo na November batch, thanks!

What ever the available payslips but for safe, it is advisable to submit at least 6 months. CEM just want to verify
your employment history. Hope it helps.

Thanks so much for your input...Do I need to photocopy and notarize every page of each payslip?

No Mam you need to submit all original documents and no need to notarize because you only
need to notarize if you are submitted a copied documents. Don't worry all your documents will be returned to you by CEM.
Hope it helps and God bless us all :) :) :)

ats2012, pareho tayo ng timeline, sana marelease na mga visa natin..! :)

Hi Baka Meron ng November batch na Nagka-visa sa inyo paki share naman experience nyo, thanks!

Hi All,

I am a PhD student in Canada. My wife got one rejection for visitor visa in Dec. 2012. Now we consider applying for the spouse OWP from outside Canada.

My question is, should I swich to OWP or remain TRV? Is OWP difficult? We have $22,000/year reliable money. My wife is teacher in middle school.

Thanks for all replies in advance!
