hi newbie rin ako dito pero i've been backreading for months now..ang pagkaka alam ko sis dapat ikaw ung magfile sa CEM..i've not heard or read na ang principal ang nag apply para sa spouse..but im not sure sis ha..wait natin ibang mga sis for clarification ;D

ahihi.. eh kasi yun ang sinabi ng fiance ko.. yung kasama nya kasi sa house ay ganun ang ginawa nung kinuha nya ang husband nya sa pinas. Un babae na nasa canada ang nagfile ng application nila then everything went well naman.. after 2 mos daw dumating na MR nung guy and after another 2 mos eh flight na to canada. Well, kung pwede naman na ako ang mag apply eh siguro ako nalang din.. im just thinking na maybe mas maexpedite ang application pag un principal mismo ang nag apply don direct sa Canada kesa tau na sa pinas pa..hehe but not so sure about this...

Hello everyone. Can anyone help me about my questions regarding the status of my passport if i would apply SOWP soon. I just renewed my password but I am soon to be married this year and my fiance will apply for SOWP as soon as he get back to canada after we get married. The question is, do i have to change my passport and change the status to married before i apply or is it ok if i would still use my single status passport since it is a long way to expire. And what name should i use when i apply, like when i fill out the application form and the name to be used with all the papers that need to be submitted? I hope anyone could help me about this.. I would truly appreciate any suggestions or comments about it. And thank you so much..

My husband has applied for SOWP for me inside canada, my TRV will be submitted in manila once we get the approval of SOWP. One of the requirements is proof of funds, how much is fund needed?, and what are the other requirements and how long it will take.

Husband ko nga po ang nag file ng application ko inside canada then kailanga pa daw naming magapply ng visa to enter canada at para sa akin din po yung visa.

ganun ba.. yun daw ang sinabi ng embassy sa canada sa husband mo? need mo pa ng trv pala.. mas ok pala kung ikaw na mismo ang direct na nagfile ng SOWP application sa pinas dahil ang alam ko, no need na for TRV pag ganun.. kung proof of funds naman ang ask mo, since kung ibibase sa mga nabasa ko about sa principal na need magprovide ng at least 3k per dependent, so siguro mga same amount nalang din nun sa peso ang iready mo kung need mo talaga magsubmit ng proof of funds.. i min no need ng husband mo magprovide ng ganun kundi ikaw lang.. binased ko lang ang amount sa mga nabasa ko since you asked about the funds na pwede na as a proof...

Go to the city hall where you baby was born. Get a recommendation letter from the NSO on that city hall to expedite your baby's birth certificate. It will take 1 week yata. Tapos bring that recommendation to NSO QC. It will take 1 month then you have your baby's NSO BC.

My baby was born Dec. 4 ,2012. Got the NSO BC last week of Jan. '13. Applied for passport last Feb. '13. Applied for visa last March '13. After 2 weeks, got the approved visa.

Sabi nila wala daw recommendation letter na need hingiin.

nagbigay ng marriage cert. namin galing sa Pangasinan kasama ang indorsement letter galing din sa Pangasinan.
Tapos nagpunta ako Quezon city NSO ang sabi sa akin just wait for 1 month para daw sa authenticity at verification ng
documents ko then pwede na daw ako makakuha ng NSO copy. Yun nga after 1 month lang nakakuha na ako ng NSO copy sa

Had i known earlier sana pala matagal na napick up po yung documents ko. Di ko talaga alam. Wala naman kasi sinabi ang city hall. Basta insist nila noon na 2-3mos. Kahit nag request ako ma expedite.

If i request again, then i have to wait for another month nanaman po pala.
Pano kaya yung binayaran ko sa NSO ( e census online services nila)? Mhal din kc pay ko dun.

hello, i am new here... my husband is not a skilled worker, i want to apply my own work permit... would that be possible? because one of his friends says that my application will be denied if the government of canada knows that he is working there as TFW unskilled work... please help me, because i already applied as a food service crew and i was hired. an LMO will be the next step... please help me before i will pay for the processing.. thank you
