Maraming salamat po sa mga advice. Sobrang mababait po talaga mga tao dto sa forum. 2 yrs po work visa ng asawa ko.

sa search bar meron na po sumagot here. sabi sa purpose - to be with my father. tapos yung how long - DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF WORK PERMIT. tapos FUNDS -n/a daw... i read din po kasi may post na may nadeny kasi ang nilagay is 2years. help please mga sis.
yung funds mga how much ba dapat ang funds namin? thanks in advance for your reply

i ve some question regarding spousal open work permit and dependent visa.
1. My spouse lives in Philippines how she gets Dubai police report and how long time takes? her relatives lives in Dubai.
2. As i work full time skill worker in Canada, how much funds available i need to show to sponsor both of them [wife and 1 year baby]?
Please senior advice highly appreciate .kindly response in English

ask ko lang sana kung nakapagsubmit kana sa embassy for trv?worried kasi ako kung isasabay ko na trv namin ng anak ko sa application ng hubby ko for student permit...sa vipm din xa mag-aaral...sa mga nababasa ko kasi dapat daw iwan muna ang anak...kung maiiwan baby ko di na lang ako mag aapply...nalilito na ako...

Additional Info pra sa magpapamedical pa lang especially sa st. lukes..

Kung naoperahan na kyo before like cs or kung ano mang surgery na nangyari sa inyo..dalhin nyo ung operation report galing sa hospital kung san kyo naoperahan to avoid delays sa medical p lng..mahirap magpabalik balik sa medical..

Atat na nga ako submit application namin.
My work narin kasi hubby, finally! Part time as care aid. So wala na ako problrm as to means of support.
Di ako maka submit kasi yung NSO BIRTH CERT ni baby till now wala pa.
Nov.6 naregister tapos nung nag request na ako copy, wala pa daw records.
That is why wala rin siya passport pa.

Anyway, my hubby landed by himself last dec.
And yes, me and our baby were left behind.
There are rare cases where applications of study permit with sowp of wife/husband and trv for child are approved. But again it's RARE...

I tried to insist then sis that we apply all together. Walang iwanan ang drama ko noon. Pero i kept on reading and researching and was adviced to na maiwan nalang muna. Mas mataas ang chance of approval kasi... Spouse and child are good reasons for home ties. Saka ang reason kasi is to study---wala pa source of funds to support the family...

I am not saying na marerefuse pag sabay sabay nag apply, pero its up to you parin sis if you take the risk.
Mahirap sa una. Kala ko bibigay na ako noon, pero its been 3months now. Di ko narin gaano randsm paglipas ng panahon, eventually magsasama sama rin in god's perfect time.
Tiis lang. If i were you, let your hubby go alone muna. Hanggang mka settle, kuha drivers license, work, snd let him adopt muna para pag dating niyo madali nalang mag settle.

We hope ma reunite narin kami end of this year

I was reading the posts for more than a month na, pro ngayon lng ako nagregister )
i wanted to at least know how the processing (and waiting) is taking sa mga katulad ko ng batch - hello s inyo mga kapanalig!
Here is my timeline nga pala
Dec 21 - doc pickup
Dec 24 - CEM doc received
Feb 14 - AOR & MR received
Feb 15 - Meds done (st lukes)
Mar 13 - Med results sent CEM
..... Waiting

hoping po ako i can hear from anybody n pareho ko ng timeline ~ nkkbawas po kc ng anxiety yung alam mo may kapareho k nagwwait and umaasa ng best result..

Meron n nga po pla ako TRV. .. I am applying for SOWP n lng... Thanks thanks ng napakarami

Go to the city hall where you baby was born. Get a recommendation letter from the NSO on that city hall to expedite your baby's birth certificate. It will take 1 week yata. Tapos bring that recommendation to NSO QC. It will take 1 month then you have your baby's NSO BC.

My baby was born Dec. 4 ,2012. Got the NSO BC last week of Jan. '13. Applied for passport last Feb. '13. Applied for visa last March '13. After 2 weeks, got the approved visa.

She can request her friend in to get Police certificate for her, she just need to fill up the forms from Dubai police, pay the fees and send the original to a friend or relative in Dubai. I think it's just same day process, remember to pay for english translation for the PCC. Your friend has to send the PCC to PHilippines
2. As i work full time skill worker in Canada, how much funds available i need to show to sponsor both of them [wife and 1 year baby]? CAD 10K, is enough.

oo naman! Kung talagang para sayo Canada, someday darating yan. malay mo sa UK, US,o Australia ka mapupunta may snow din dun.
maaming paraan. baka someday makapag asawa ka ng foreigner. maraming nangyayari sa buhay natin na unexpected. Kung ano nga hindi
plinano ang siyang nangyayari.
