ianovy:tnx sa reply.katatanggap lng ng husband ko work permit nya today bale pa scan na lng po tpos send nya na lng daw sa email ko..kukuha muna ko ng nbi by monday at picture for the application.about nman sa managers cheque lalagyan pa ba un ng name sa likod ng cheque?ung tungkol pa pla sa cover letter importante ba na maglagay nun?meron k bang sample letter ng cover letter na gnawa nyo?kc nagcheck na din me sa mga samples sa internet kaso prang iba ung mga sample letter na lumalabas..kng meron po kyo malaking tulong po skin un..tnx uli..god bless

regarding employment: may work ako ngayon internet based (homebased), this is more like creating, editing and optimizing websites and email answering and management >problem is hindi ako mabigyan ng COE and other proofs of employment

question: how do I declare this duon sa forms na needed to fill-up? mas maganda ba na "not working" na lang ang ilagay ko? or declare ko pa din and gawa na lang ako ng affidavit?

[hello,....ako not working,...kse wala naman talaga ako work d2 sa pinas,...na approved pa rin naman visa ko,..pero oki lang yan,..sabihin mo homebased,.....di naman sila maghanap ng affidavit eh...or depende na cguro sa VO mo,..thanks]

oohh ok! akala ko sa Phils sya mag file ulet ng SOWP. that means, re-entry visa lang right? 6 days lang yun.

ma'am ailooney - wife got W-1 re-entry visa, took < 2 weeks. No additional letter, as she already has the SOWP before she applied for a re-entry visa.

I'll make sure we have copies of my current WP etc. to show NAIA immigration when we return to Canada.

Welcome sa forum! Ano naging reason at 2x na kayo narefuse? TRV ba apply mo or SOWP? Ang alam ko sa SOWP ay wala narefuse dito sa forum unless yung validity ng WP ng husband mo when the time ng nagapply ka hindi na valid. Dapat kasi at least 6 months valid pa yung WP nya. Anyway, good chance for you to apply again as long as you meet the basic requirements such as valid WP of your husband/wife, with LMO, employment contract, payslip at under Skilled Category 0, A, or B sya. Yung sa anak mo siguro study permit na sya kasi nag-aaral na. Mag-back read ka na rin about the other requirements na dapat ihanda. Good Luck and keep trusting Him.

Any more updates sa mga waiting ng visa, AOR/MR? Sana dumating na rin yung visa ng anak ko na lalaki kasi paalis na kami ng anak ko na babae at sobrang nalulungkot ako at di kami magkakasabay. But I trust my Lord for He will grant us all our heart desires. We just need to hold on and keep on praying.

Ang alam ko sa SOWP ay wala narefuse dito sa forum unless yung validity ng WP ng husband mo when the time ng nagapply ka hindi na valid. Dapat kasi at least 6 months valid pa yung WP nya. Anyway, good chance for you to apply again as long as you meet the basic requirements such as valid WP of your husband/wife, with LMO, employment contract, payslip at under Skilled Category 0, A, or B sya. Yung sa anak mo siguro study permit na sya kasi nag-aaral na. Mag-back read ka na rin about the other requirements na dapat ihanda. Good Luck and keep trusting Him.

tnx , first kulang daw yung financial support para sa Amin mag ina pag andun n daw kmi,at abt. child care arrangement nmin sa anak namin, so gumawa kmi ng paraan lhat ng hinihingi supporting docs. N provide namin lhat pero yung second applctn ang reason ng refusal is mlpit ng mag lees than six months yung wp ng husband ko,ngyn hoping kmi m grant n yung aplctn nmin mag ina,we r applying SOWP
