Hi 2012isdyear- i'm still confuse kse as per sis ailooney she just replied N/A for that part of the application since open work visa tayo and we dont have a specific employer yet... But the problem is if you accomplish the form electronically and put N/a upon validation of the form it will prompt a window saying na may incorrect format kang sinagot.........but anyway thank you for the info. po


Sa mga other FORUMERS help naman po lalo na dun sa mga kakatapos lang mag fill up ng form electronically and nakapagsubmit na sa CEM ....ANY INPUTS po about my query .....Thanks

Yung time ko kasi wala pa yung bagong format ng form nyo pero ilang beses na din yan natanong sa thread na ito. Hanapin mo nalang. Or baka naman yung words na "not applicable" ang ttanggapin hindi N/A. In my opinion naman, it's your form and it's your application kaya walang definite employer or address. Try to find the posts, meron yun. Yung iba unknown yung sagot i think kasi sa open work permit ko location is unknown. Sa normal na work permit may address and name of employer. Sis, nasa facebook page ka na db? Dun ka magtanong para masagot ka agad ng mga sis.

As for the air canada flights, sabi sa news kanina passengers can breathe easy na daw kasi hindi daw maapektuhan ang flights.

Hi Milleth082002 -thanks for the info...ask ko na rin ano yung nilagay mo sa IMM 1295 under DETAILS OF INTENDED WORK IN CANADA questions 2-5 Im not sure kse nilagyan ko ng N/A but if i press the validate key may nagproprompt na message na incorrect format . Help naman please ...thanks

Sis, dalawa sa mga sis sumagot sakin sa fb page. Same daw sagot nila with me. Use the words and avoid the symbol nalang. Nung panahon ko kasi handwritten ang form ko hehe. Papunta na yung mga yun dito. Hehe

HI SIS. NOT APPLICABLE DIN NILAGAY KO SA EMPLOYER, ADDRESS OF EMPLOYER, JOB TITLE, BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES.

SA LOCATION NAMAN NG WORK NILAGAY KO ADDRESS NI HUBBY.

SA DURATION OF EXPECTED EMPLOYMENT NAMAN, WALA PO AKONG NILAGAY.

TRY MO ULIT SIS PARA SURE KA. BAKA IBANG QUESTION UNG NAMALI KA KAYA HINDI MAVALIDATE.

Hi Chijireh: Yeah naalala ko na kung saan yan....malapit ka lang sa amin dito kami sa brookside papuntang teachers camp...kelan ka magsusubmit ng documents mo...Yung sa question mo about having the documents of your spouse notarized yung sakin kse nagsend husband ko ng copy ng documents nya thru email so pinaprint ko nalang yun na rin yung isusubmit ko sa CEM....I have already sent a request sa fb mo accept me nalang sis username ko sa fb is jaja_natividad@yahoo.com

Hi Everyone I'm filling up IMM 1295 application form. under contact information, I was trying to put "NA" on the FAX field since wala naman akong fax no. pero the form won't allow it kc kelangan numeric format. does it mean na okay na po yung i-leave na BLANK? ganun din po sa ibang fields nago-auto disable sila so I can't type "NA" on it. dapat po ba sulatan ko manually ng "NA" after I print the form or better leave them BLANK nlang?
