Hi, if youre doing it at st lukes, i suggest you go early like 5 or 530, sa may puregold po sa may tapat ng ministop, may parking space, pwede magpark, dun ko pinark ung car ko for the whole day, super lapit lang sya sa clinic, safe naman po kc may guard, pag early kc wala pang ngpapark dun, wala po akong binayaran nung time na yun kc wala ung parking collector from the city government, pero sabi ng taga puregold 30/ day daw po dun.

Sugar salamat sa info..sa tuesday sila papamedical...help me praying na healthy sila para go go go na rin sa waiting ng visa...at tuloy na tuloy na talaga get together sa canada...wow galing!

Hi! I'm a neophyte in this forum =) i had been reading the past posts . and its incredible to read how God works and uses the people to share very helpful information... and i regret ngayon lang ako nagbasa ng mga forums

i had been denied by the CEM THRICE! waaa huhuhu 1) year 2009, i and my mom (65 then) applied for TRV.. denied.. 2)year 2010, i, my mom- 66 y/o, my son -5 y/o, applied for TRV, still denied..the same reason,template letter- the VO is not satisfied that we will come home after the visit despite of some evidences like i was enrolled in graduate school., i teach in a university and opened a business 3) year 2011, i applied for SOWP and my son for study permit last June 2011, denied! waaa! so bad.. the reason for me was.. my husband's work permit would expire in less than 6 months, nagaply kami ng may, november expiration ng kanyang work permit.. my son naman, template din na letter that the visa officer is not satisfied..

my husband works in Calgary for three years now (2years as a cleaner and more than one year as cleaning supervisor).. my brothers and sisters together with their families are there.. we are planning to try again SOWP..
a)kaso mag-eexpire ang permit ng husband ko this december 2012, enough time pa po kaya?
b)I have copied some posts here and did some researches.. but still I'm not confident :'( regarding the proof of funds, kelangan ba malaki pera ng husband ko? gaano dapat kalaki pondo po niya?
c)inaalala ko din application ng anak ko.. may tendency kaya na ma-approve ako, he's 7, eh sya hindi..

please help.. dont want to waste money and time and effort and.. you know guyz... tenchu tenchu

hello chijireh!!! Sad that you've been denied thrice, but I believe we should never pity you.. why? Because you're lucky to have all the time in the world to apply, sis!!! Start gathering the documents now...

There are only two important qualifications to be eligible for SOWP and Study Permit of your 7-year old kid: The job title of your hubby must fall under the Skill Type A, O, or B and his work permit must be valid for the next six (6) months.... I'm pretty sure you're gonna make it this time... Trust Him... ;D

Hi, sis! I messaged you sa fb if that's you hehe... pero i suggest magmedical ka na. If pababalikin ka, that's better than going beyond the deadline the embassy gave you kung matatapos na nga yung 15 days na deadline. At least kapag nakapag medical ka na and hindi ok sa kanila yung urinalysis mo... you can go back tapos hindi na ihohold against you yung date na bumalik ka kasi tapos na yung ibang examinations sayo.

Hindi pala ikaw yung namessage ko sa fb! haha. Si sis Solit pala.

hi chijireh! never worry, just wait for the right time. as what sis ynoweh said, lahat ng mga sis natin dito waited for a long time to be reunited with the family. maybe God has a reason for all of what's happening. as you can see, moving there and starting a life there is not that easy. God's time is always the perfect time. Ako, i don't mind waiting for such a long time, as long as i know that my husband is okay there, with good health and good disposition. have patience and a little more prayer -- it helps. sis, gather all necessary and important infos and documents so that you can start your SOWP papers. our sisters are here to help you. you are included in our prayers. take good care.

just prefer very well bago ka mag apply uli, remember magastos din mag apply, i think the reason kaya kayo na dedeny is not only because of your country ties.... tingnan mo din yung NOC code ng work permit ng asawa mo, baka hindi sya under sa high skilled work occupation, hindi ka talaga mabibigyan ng SOWP visa, isa sa mga requirement yun alam ko para ma bigyan ka.... mare than yung sa part ng pinas ang pag ukulan mo ng pansin, mas importante yung documewnts ng asawa mo, like letter from his employer na ano ba angh work nya sa dito sa canada, magkano ba ang sahod nya, kaya ba ng sahod nya kayong tustusan....importante yun, pag ok lahat ng documents nya halos imposible kayong madeny.... ah and remember to pray hard din syempre

Hi! Welcome po sa forum... As per your queries:

a) pwedeng pwede ka na magprepare/gather ng documents mo ngayon, and you can apply it BEFORE June 2012.. pero syempre masmaganda kung ngayong March pa lang apply na kayo son mo diba..

b) regarding the proof of funds, not necessarily meron nito... some of the members here did not pass any bank certs/paystub ng spouse/property titles/etc... BUT you can pass bank certification, both Philippine or Canada account (yours, your hubby's, or joint account).. kahit hindi din ganun kalaki kasi understood na ng VO yun na magwwork ka dito sa Canada so you can earn and save more pag nandito ka na..

c) sa son mo naman, you will apply for a STUDENT PERMIT for him under the SOWP program... wala pa naman kame nabalitaan dito na naapprove ang spouse, denied si son/daughter...

Tama si sis Ynoweh, sa SOWP, 2 things lang ang pinakaimportant na tandaan para maqualify kayo mag-ina,.. your spouse' job description/title falls under NOC 0 A, or B.. (since he's a supervisor now,.. pasok na sya).. AND atleast 6 months ang WP ng spouse mo.. At dahil na-meet mo naman both, you and your son are eligible for SOWP and study permit...

So what are you waiting for... Gather your documents na
