Hi guys share ko lang nakapag avail kame ng reduced TRAVEL TAX, I went to Dept of Tourism last week Room 117. Regular travel tax is P1,620 each pero i only paid P300 tax (OFW Dependent tax) plus P200 processing fee so times 3 kasi un 2 kids namin, for immigrants they can apply for exemption. they just ask for hubby's certified true copy/original OEC, Ticket/Itinerary, Original Marriage Contract and Birth Cert tapos after paying they gave me un parang ticket un daw iprepresent namin upon check in.... ;D ;D ;D

salamat sa pagsagot kasi i'm reviewing yung mga naka post na checklist diko nakita yun. pero yung consultant pinag fill up ako. what about personal info form for study permit ng daughter ko? meron din kasi ako nakita sa website ngayon when i'm checking it. thank you very much talaga.

yes sis, sinama ko rin, lahat ng additional instruction na nasa CEM website, ginawa ko.

goodluck sa application mo. nag-submit ka na pala. ako wait pa kami til 1st week of dec kasi need ng consultant yung proof of funds at least CAD$5k daw at statement account ng husband plus payslip. sobrang sigurista yung consultant when it comes to funds. pero lahat docs namin ay ready na. nakakainip nga at sobrang lungkot sa kakaisip. Pero nilalakasan ko na lang ang loob mo kasi alam ko may dahilan Sya sa lahat ng mga nangyayari. All I have to do is to trust Him. In God's time alam ko makakapunta tayo lahat dun.

Hi Joluz! Sorry ngaun lang ako nakapag open ng forum. Ang dami nang posts di na ko updated sa mga pangyayari. Wala na kasi akong alam para mapadali ang LMO. Let's pray na lang na sana mapadali kasi minsan pag malapit na mag expire ang WP bumibilis ang processing, parang tinitingnan din nila if maexpire na WP nung tao kaya pinaprioritize nila. Ang tagal na pala nya na di nakauwi. I feel for you and your husband. Will pray na magka LMO na sya para makapag apply na sya ng bagong WP. PAg may application na sya for new WP baka pwede ka na apply SOWP kahit mga one month before dumating new WP nya, ganun ginawa ko e, nung dumating AOR and MR namin may request for additional docs tsaka ko sinubmit ung new WP ng hubby ko na tamang tama dumating 2 days before namin nareceive AOR. Sige gawin ko yun. Nasabi ko na sa husband ko. 2months na lang expire na WP ni sa January 12, 2012 baka mapadali release ng LMO pala niya. Sana sa February makapagpadala na ko uli ng mga documents sa CEM need lang malaman namin kung kailan ang release ng WP niya. Itong forum na ti talaga is a big help para sa mga katulad ko. May I ask kung meron po dito sa forum na na-late ng forward ang Nationwide sa medical ng anak? Pero nakasabay pa din siya sa issuance ng visa ng kanyang nanay at ibang kapatid? Or pwedeng mauna ang visa ng nanay at kapatid? Nakakaparanoid maghintay at mag-isip kung saan timeline ang dapat i-count. Oct.24 naforward ang medical ng isang anak ko due to repeat x-ray, pero kami ng kapatid nya ay Oct.6/10.... magkakasabay kaya dadating ang permit? Hay.

this may not be the best answer pero your best bet in basing your timeline would be the latest date that the medical results have been forwarded, which is Oct.24. parang may naaalala kasi ako na similar case sa iyo from the previous posts. mga sis, pa-verify naman po

question ko naman po sa inyong mga palipad or nakarating na sa canada: nung bumili kayo ng tickets, roundtrip or one-way po ba ang kinuha nyo?
i know na one week pa lang since natanggap yung application ko, pero it doesn't hurt to plan early saka para ma-monitor ko na rin ang trend ng ticket prices habang papalapit ang expected departure date ko
