Ako lang muna ang nag apply, sunod na lang sana ung 16 y/o kung anak...un nga lng na refused agad, try na lng ulit at mag add ako ng documents like ung letter of support, pictures, copy of remittances, ung joint bank avcount wala kmi, individual acct kmi, kya ung dati kong dollar acct. dun pumaasok ang remitances nya, pero na close ko na un nung nag trasfer na sya ng canada, kc mahal kesa sa western un ...thanks just sharing

A great help tulad ng ginawa ng mga kaibigan ko at kumuha ng Job offer sa employer mo or kahit kaninong employer dyan where your spouse is working. Also ensure na long pa ang expiry ng work permit nya. Minsan kahit nasa 7 months to go pa, na rerefuse pa pero hihingi sila naman kung may renewal ka. Otherwise, closed case na. Be sure too na if nasa BC ang work ng spouse ay nasa skilled category. Kung hindi nagsasayang lng kayo ng money n emotion.

Just want to share my story!

I applied for a student permit f0r my son who is 13 years old through Vfs January 16, 2014.
I took the opportunity since supervisor ako sa work ko since last year. Meron din kming existing pr application under spousal sponsorship inland.

Just last Friday March 7, vfs sent a notification to my aunt saying ready for pick up na yung passport.
Monday na napick up ng tita ko yung passport ng anak ko and to our surprise the vo granted my son a student visa. Hindi ko tlga ineexpect na bibigyan p siya ng sp kasi ngrequest na din ng forms ang cem for his pr application. Ang akala ko nga, refused yung application dahil ang bilis lng wala png 12 weeks.

I think nkatulong yung letter na sinubmit ko na pang "maalaala mo kaya". almost 4 years ko na kasing hindi nayayakap ang anak ko. I told the vo the whole story so ayun, naantig siguro ang puso niya. Nilgay ko din na we respect the trv status and willing to comply.

To all those who are planning to apply, try to submit a letter together with the application. Explain your situation and higit sa lahat pray palagi!

Although lahat nmn tayo for sure eh ngdarasal , pag hindi binigay ni Lord ang gusto ntin for sure may better plan siya for us!!!

ang tagal mu na pla nde nkkasama ung anak mu.

Yung sa mga nag re-apply.. ano process para magamit ulit yung medical exam sa previous application? If I remember correctly yung medical exam is valid for 1 yr?

Hello! mag 5 years na ako dito sa Canada sa June. 2010 ako huling umuwi. Ang hirap na hindi kasama ang anak. Imagine nung iniwan ko, he was only 8 years old. baby pa... tapos ngyon 13 years old na siya at matangkad pa sa akin... huhu! nilagay ko sa sulat ko yun. saka sabi ko ang dami ko nang namiss na events ... moments na hindi na mauulit like graduation, Christmas , New year and birthdays...

Sobrang thankful talaga ako at dininig naman ang prayer ko.

Kapag po ba nag PPR npo ang CEM, usually may binibigay silang time frame db? For example dpt within 45 days maipasa na ang passport...

Yung bilang po ba ay 45 working days or tlgang 45 days upon receiving the request from them?

30 days po ang time frame kaylangan maipass na ung passport..online po ba ung application ng anak nio?

Yes po tama 45days upon recieving the req..pag na pass na po ang passport usually it takes 3 to 4 days lang ibblalik na ung passport with visa and LOI.

mag online ka nlng kung mag apply ka mas mdali www.cic.gc.ca/english/my_application_online.asp kc aq at mga kids ko online kmi nag apply sa awa ng diyos nandto na kmi sa canada.lahat ng requirements nandun sa letter of explanation lagay mo ung lmo,employment cont.,employment cert.3mo.payslip,nbi,proof of funds,work permit,kung my ksama kng anak at nag school na pahingin mo ng acceptance letter ung mr.mo kung my T4 at noa sama mo rin.Gud Luck po.
