Yung daughter namin ni amiel around 2k lang ang medical baka nga 1.5k lang. walang xray or blood test. purely physical exam lang. dinala namin yung immunization record niya pero hindi naman kailangan.

My husband and I have 2 kids. No relatives po kami sa Canada, so sabi ng consultant namin, student is the best way to go.

Here is our timeline:

November 27, 2013 - Submitted requirements to the consultancy firm (SP for husband, SOWP for me, TRV for 2 kids)
December 6, 2013 - Medical request received for hubby

I am very, very worried. Bakit si hubby lang? I've read some of the previous posts here and nakita ko naman na meron nga cases na nauna lang talaga yung iba, nahuhuli sa kids. Pero anyway, what added to my worries is that sabi ng consultant kasi namin, no need to fill up a TRV application form for the kids. So iniisip ko, err, pano yun nangyari? I filled up mine including Family Info sheet. When I asked her to give me the forms for the 2 kids, sabi nya ay mam no need na po. Reading here, it seems lahat kayo nag fill out ng TRV even for kids. I am really worried. Not sure what to do next pero bukas pupuntahan ko yung consultant namin.

Ilang taon na yung 2 kids mo? if more than 6 years old, need mo fill up SP and TRV. Sa SP na package may kasama na na TRV applicaiton dun. if less than 6 naman, TRV lang. So need pa rin to fill up TRV form. tapos indicated sa duration ng application kung gaano katagal din ang SP ni hubby. halos the same tayo ng situation.

unag application namin, nagkamali kami. We submitted an SP for me, then both TRV si hubby and si daughter. Denied ang TRV ni hubby and daughter pero ako I got my SP. We tried again this time SOWP for hubby and TRV for daughter. hubby got his MR earlier than my daughter's. Then after almost 2 mos, we followed up directly to the canadian embassy. Then after 2-3 weeks ata, they sent na a MR for my daughter. Still hoping that their visa will be granted before I leave in January.

hello po mga forumates! Ask ko lng po na pwede po ba magtake ng medical sa st. luke global city sa taguig khit hindi cya nakalagay sa list of panel physician na nirequire ng Embassy of Canada, kc daw mas maganda dun kc wala masyado nagpapamedical...salamat po sa makakasagot...GODBLESSUALL!

Weird naman na kailangan mo pa mag pdos e sowp ka naman. Anyway saan ka ba mag PDOS sa POEA or sa OWWA? Kung sa POEA tatawid ka lang sa southbound ng EDSA from Rob Galleria. Kung sa OWWA sa Makati pa yun sa malapit sa Gil Puyat Station ng LRT, from Rob Gale tawid ka southbound sakay ka Bus na LRT Ayala then sabihin mo lang OWWA.

Hi everyone, just got passport request earlier Dec.9, 2013. Thank u sa forum n to.. I actually don't know what to do next.. Hahaha.. Praise God for his goodness.. Hope someone could help me where to go for submission of my passport.. Online kasi ako.. thanks..

@confidential...I agree with you...let us all wait patiently for the approval of our visas...July applicant din ako e..malapit na yan...ask ko lang din kung may additional requirements na nahiningi sayo ang CEM?

Hi Sis! ang pinili ko sa what kind of work permit - work permit for entrepreneur kc meron akong remittance business at business license sa BC..ang checklist ko; CV, PPT, Dig. Photo,Proof that you meet the job being offered-eto ang diko gets! then proof of relationship, use of family member for online application coz I am also applying for my kiddos, then last is Proof of Business Establishment which I have naman...tnx!

Ahh, sis, kasi nga iba ung wp na inapplyan mo, kaya siguro meron kang need iprovide na talagang pwede ka dun sa inaapplyan mo..
