And pano nyo nreceived ung request ng addtional docs nyo, s email add nyo ba or ung consultant (representative) nyo ung inemail ng embassy para s addtional docs nyo? Tnx.

dati preho kmi ng representative na ngffollow up thru their webform and their email add. until last month sa rep. nlng nmin cla ngreply na for final review na ung app. nmin.

nag email cla sa rep. nmin pero nka cc ako na they are rquesting for police cert.

SOWP and study permit (for child-7 y/o) po ako. July applicant po ako thru new process. Nag-submit ako ng application thru courier: address to VFS. Eto po ang fees na hiningi (I called VFS before sending docs):

SOWP Applicant (separate) :
P800 - application processing
P310 - courier delivery
P75 - SMS notifications (sabi po any update makakareceive ka ng SMS)

Bale po 4 managers check ang sinumbit ko. Tig-2 po kami ng anak ko: 1 check payable to Embassy of Canada, 1 check payable to VFS.


Timeline:
July 15 - docs delivered to VFS
July 16 - I called VFS, VFS informed me for additional docs: Custodian Declaration, Proof of Fund, Letter of Acceptance. I explained about letter of acceptance, naka-state po sa website ng CEM na:

•Primary and secondary school (age 6-18): open study permit required. You do not require an acceptance letter from the child’s school in Canada. Please note: children accompanying parents who are visitors in Canada (ie. they do not have a study or work permit) are not eligible for an open study permit..
Ang sabi po sa akin di bale na yung letter of acceptance yung dalawang docs na lang.

July 22 - additional docs (I added a cover letter) delivered to VFS, at 7pm I received an SMS notifying me that my application has been forwarded to the Canada Visa Office, tracking number also provided.


Para po sa mga naghihintay ng visa: It is never too late or too soon. It is when it is supposed to be. There is always a plan. God is too wise to be mistaken. Lagi pong tandaan ang Jeremiah 29:11.

Yung mga fees ko sa post ko thru courier yan. May procedure naman sa website ng VFS tska pwede mo silang tawagan anytime kung may iba ka pang katanungan. Ano po ibig sabihin ng CUSTODIAN DECLARATION?

Will it apply to my son?
TRV APPLICATION 9months old baby

Need pa ba gawa ako for him?
Para sure na complete na yung papers namin when i go there. Pupunta ako ng super aga

Custodian declaration form is only good for STUDENT VISA of minor children...

@kyle, you are right. Sa pagkakaintindi ko rin sa Custodian Declaration, ay yung mga minors na hindi kasama ang mga magulang during his/her study in Canada.
