hi lesazhley,... helo po sa lahat muna dito na po kami magiina sa calgary,canada. sobrang lamig dito dumating po kami kanina lamang. yung husband ko po 1 year and 6months lng po sya ngwork dito. cook din po sya dito.

Sis 'yung list ng requirements na ibinigin ko SOWP 'yun at Student Visa ..... 5 years old pataas Student permit at 'yung 2 years old mo TRV... mag backread ka sa thread na ito halos lahat malalaman mo... nuong umpisa wala din kaming alam tungkol sa SOWP pero pag-natapos mo basahin ang thread na ito, 90% ng ifo malalaman mo ;D ;D ;D ;D

May policy ang page ng spousal na kailangan magbasa muna sa thread na ito kasi hindi ka pwedeng magtanong doon na mababasa muna sa thread na ito... kasi 'Yung admin ng page sa Spousal ay ang mga nag-umpisa sa thread na ito, 'yung mga pioneer dito... kaya pakibasa muna sa thread na ito at tips ko sa'yo, while reading the thread, mag jot down ka ng notes para di ka pabalik-balik sa paghahanap pag natapos mo basahin sis... kaya muna i prepare ang application nyo

Please help. I'm just new here. I really need your advise. My husband just started working in Edmonton as a skilled worker last November 15 for 2 years contract. I would like to know if what would be the greater possibility of approval for visa. Is it better if we wait for him until he has a resident visa or we can apply for spousal open work permit and a study permit for my 9-year old daughter. I'm thinking about the proof of funds (how much funds does the CEM required?) Please let me know I really need your advice on this matter. By the way, what is T4?

hi sis welcome sa thread... yes sis you are eligible po to apply for sowp and study permit sa kid nyo... T4 po is yung tax ni hubby mo since bago palang sya sa canada, wala pa po sya nun... start nyo na po mag gather ng documents para maka apply na po kau.. goodluck and God bless... :-* :-* :-*

Thanks for the quick reply. I almost got all the rewquirements. kulang na lang yung coe ni husband and work permit ni hubby. Pero I told him na iscan and send it to me n lang. Ask ko lang po okay lang po ba na wala yung T4 pagnag-submit ng application. Regarding po dun sa study permit ng 9year old n anak ko po kailangan po b may mapapasukan n agad sya dun? Kase sa application may letter of acceptance. Salamat po ng marami.
