God answers prayers and never fails very true! I have been refused twice when I applied my working visa. Family ties, current employment and i am not credible are the reasons for refusal. But now, VISA is approved! Yours will be granted soon...

I am an August applicant. Just want to share my timeline for Spousal Visa with 2 Student Permit
August 13, 2012 - send aplication to CEM thru Mercan Canada Agency
August 23, 2012 - medical request
September 5, 2012 - medical done
September 12, 2012 - medical result forwarded to CEM
Dec. 14, 2012 - recieved passport with visa.
PDOS on wednesday Dec 19, 2012.

hahaha desperate lng po ako, wla na sa isip ko un rally na yan.. hehehe, sobrang mahal nga binayaran ng hubby ko sa ticket eh, gustong gusto na tlga nya kami makasama sa pasko kya ginawa nya lahat.. thanks din sa info kso wla na po ung OEC ng mister ko hndi na nya mahanap. ok lng po ba tlaga kung wla un. thanks ulit.

Ay bilis ah.... hahabol talaga kayo sa christmas ;D ;D ;D di mo na kailangan mag PDOS at kukuha ng OEC. Mag PDOS ka lang if under ka ng agency or if you have already an employer (TFW). All you need is 'yung OEC ng hubby mo kahit scan lang but be sure to keep your hubby's docs at hand such as copy of WP and contract if in case lang naman hingiin. Dont be too nervous makakarating din kayo doon ang importante di ka na sumabak sa pag rally

Yup your right SCSUPERMAN halos ito na din pang araw araw kong buhay itong page na ito. Hindi masyado ako posts and comment pero everyday nagbabasa ako dito to lessen my worries lalo na un mga na refuse kasi madami ako learnings dito. Keep on reading and posting. Keep the thread!

Medyo mabilis na yung processing ng visa mo sis, hindi ka na pinaghintay ni God ng matagal pa...

Hayan, dumadami na ang August batch...!! Before mag-end ang year mukhang may lalabas na din na September batch.. Baka January or Feb lumabas na din yung samin!!! ;D ;D ;D (excited...?!)

Hi Jhorie, yes nagpasa c hubby ng proof of funds. advice sa amin ng Mercan Canada Agency ay each applicant must be $5,000. if 3 kayo sa spousal bale $15,000 minimum. Nagpasa din kami dito minimum of P300,000. Sabi nila hindi required but can help in the application. Sana nakatulong tips ko, Jhorie. Goodluck!
