For PINOYS: Spousal open work permit to canada.. Share tayo

To all who can help. Here is our situation. Me & my gf just got married. So she is my wife now. Now, her work permit expired last Nov 2011, she is now under restoration status & it will expire on 2 february. Our LMO application is now in process, we applied last Dec 2011. Now I will include her in my restoration status. My work permit is still valid. I will start my application of restoration next week. My question is, will my restoration save her status to legally stay in Canada since we are married now? til hopefully God-willing my LMO application gets approved & she can apply for an open work permit.

Hello sis gandang lola!! Yun hubby ko nun nagapply before sya umalis, closed na yung isang company nya na pinasukan dati. Since required ang Certificate of Employment or Letter of Reference para sa work permit nya, ang pinasubmit nalang sa kanya ng agency ay letter of explanation, nakastate dun kung ano company yun na closed na, ano wage, duties and responsibilities, etc. and he had it notarized para legal document... Pwede din cguro ganun gawin ng hubby mo, pero wait pa din natin iba suggestions ng mga sis at bro natin dto.. Good luck sis, ask lang maraming magrerespond sayo dito... ;D Keep your faith..

Ako po eto, medyo kinakabahan, hoping na dumating na AoR/MR if not tomorrow, this week sana para less ang pressure at stress... Pero winawash away ko ang worries, I have a much bigger FAITH... I believe in the power of faith and prayers... Pray for our application ha... Kami din pagpepray yun sa family mo... God bless you and your family ;D

nope, dala ka lang isang photocopy ng lisensya mo tapos dun ka na magfi-fill out ng form. tapos specify mo for work abroad, ifo-forward na nila sa DFA sa Libertad, bibigyan ka na lang ng date kung kelan mo pede kunin. yung akin nasa DFA Libertad na since Dec.23 kaso tinatamad ako kunin kasi ang layo sa akin ;D

@ Sugarhigh, Actually hindi pa ako nakatawag sobrang toxic sa work at di ko pa nga alam kung kailan ako mag-resign kasi dami ko pa dapat turn over at ayaw ako mag resign ng boss ko. Indefinite leave lang daw baka kasi magbago pa daw isip ko bumalik sa Pinas.
