@ Ynoweh Good Luck sa application mo. I'm sure parating na yan. I'm collating now all my documents and requirements kasi December 8 ko pa pick up sa courier yung application namin for SOWP and study permit ng anak ko and I'm praying everyday na sana yung mag-handle na VO sa amin ay maging mabait at considerate.

hello! based on your previous posts, you mentioned that you have a job offer and are just awaiting for the contract & lmo. even with your type of application (closed work permit), i don't think kelangan ng proof of funds kasi you're going to canada to work nga. provided that your employer gets an lmo for your job. correct me if i'm wrong na lang mga sis. pero syempre the decision will be up to the visa officer if you'll be granted a visa, based on other factors din. hth

hello!spousal work permit yong sa akin..yong husband ko nandon sa canada...nag submit na ako ng mga documents ,tapos na rin akong na medical , kaso may additional doc.na hiningi na CEM...yong pay slip,t4 and bank certificate...talagang ganon b yon?ngyn na nla pick up doc..

hello melay02! para po kay SugarHigh yang reply ko na yan pero about your question, merong hinihingan pa ng additional documents, meron ding wala na. depende ata talaga sa VO yun.

Kakakuha ko lang ng skilled work permit na 6211 o retail trade supervisor nitong oct 2012 at plano kong kunin and asawa ko wall din akong anak gaanu ba katagal and proseso ng papers nya para sa spousal visa? at anu anu ang pagdadaaan steps at mga papers na kailangan ilagap? anu ang posibility ma aprove un visa nya? maraming salamat GODBLESS

as for the attachments, need po ng copy ng work permit mo, LMO, contract, passport, payslips, T4, remittance slips, bank cert. plus other docs as proofs na mag-asawa nga po kayo at ties ng asawa nyo sa home country (marriage cert, bank cert, land titles, etc.). try mo back read na rin po para may idea kayo sa mga timelines ng mga kasama natin dito, pati mga experiences nila. good luck po!

aahh sya magdala ka nalang ng extra just in case. San ka nga ulet dito sa Canada? Nalilito na kasi ako sa dami natin haha. Sa NE Calgary ako. Same with deltaromeo, enyale, oxie18, imsamazing... i-download mo yung WeatherEye from the weather network (iPhone App). reliable sya. everyday ko sya tinitingnan. sa week na ito warm na sa lagay ng -12 with windchill... pero last sat lang nag -29C kami. So maghanda-handa ka na. Sa loob naman ng bahay walang prob kasi may heater. nakapag adjust na ako kahit sa basement kami nakatira kasi summer pa naabutan ko.

yep, 5 months preggy. our first. buti nalang nakapagwork agad. whew. Kasi hindi ako makaka-avail nung 11months maternity leave with pay kung hindi ako nakapag work ng 600 hrs prior to my delivery. God is good talaga!

Sa SW si hubby. Close friends pala sila ng hubby ni ate oxie18. may na-download ako The Weather Channel, tumatama naman siya. Mag-download na lang ako sa iPhone ng WeatherEye, yun din kasi sinuggest ni hubby. At salamat naman kasi di daw masyadong malamig sa Dec 12.

Congrats ulit ate sa baby. Ganda talaga dyan, daming benefits. Sabi pa ni hubby pag pregnant daw may marereceive na 500 cad from the government. Totoo ba un?

ahihi. 3 hours lang kasi tulog ko kagabi dahil habol sa timezone ni kumander para makachat pa tapos gising maaga kasi kelangang aregluhin yung hassle sa bank namin, mahabang kwento. so nung pagpunta ko sa nationwide ng mga 1pm, mukha na akong alas-singko ;D tapos balik ulit sa banko para siguraduhing naplantsa na nila yung aberyang ginawa nila.

about sa questionnaire, wala akong maalalang hindi pinadalhan nun sa dito sa thread eh. may occassions na sabay-sabay lahat (AoR, MR at questionnaire) meron namang sumunod yung questionnaire. correct me if i'm wrong, though. correct me please, para malaki chance natin na wala na talagang questionnaire

hello, welcome po sa thread... under spousal open work permit din po ikaw? based po sa mga experiences ng mga sisters natin dito na nakaalis na iready po ung letter from the embassy, copy of husband's work permit and OEC.

mga kapatid, paki-add naman po if I miss any. thanks!
