The work experience has to be IN CANADA... because for you to also be credited with Canadian work experience you will be required to meet the following requirements to back that claim:
If the work experience is in Canada, proof may include copies of T4 tax information slips and notices of assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (the time period for these documents should reflect the work experience timeframe [e.g., work experience from 2006 to 2008 requires only documents from those calendar years]).

Which page were you looking at? When you apply (as you get your Invitation to Apply or ITA) you’ll be given a list of documents personalized according to your background. That’s what you should follow. But, to guide you, here are specifications per common requirment:

Choose one where you have performed 50% or more of the main duties, as well as the main description.
Hey, thanks for replying! I have another question. What if my current job is classified as skill c but my previous one from last year is skill b and I was there for 4 years.
Can I still apply for EE?
What you do is choose an NOC:
• for which you can prove you have the right experience in, by this I mean that the work reference letter you submit will indicate and establish duties matching those that describe the NOC’s
• for which you have had at least a continuous 1 year experience
• the more years of experience you have and the more strongly you are able to back up and establish this background ups your chances in being eligible for express entry
—- consider these criteria and self-asses if you will be able to meet them
If you are certain, proceed with your EE along will full consideration of the other factors contributing to a successful EE application.
Google “applications subject to completeness check” the page for the requirements specifics should come up.
Your skill C job may instead be listed under your other “Personal Details” and not “Work Experience”.

Hello, I was adopted by my grandparents when I was younger but they didn't update my NSO birth certificate.
I plan to do that and my passport as well but do all my documents need to have the same name? Like my ECA and IELTS will still be under my old name and I'll use the new name for my passport, NBI clearance and birth certificate.
Can I just submit the adoption papers to support the name difference?

Do you already have a passport anyway? Or do you officially (on government documents) go by your new name, post-adoption?
Yes, I do have one. I don't go by the new name yet but I plan to change my birth certificate and passport to claim the CRS points for having a brother in Canada.
I'm creating my EE Profile now. I have a dilemma though re NOC. I know what's important is we choose an NOC that applies to our job description and not necessarily based on our job title. I'm a lawyer here in PH and can use either 4211 (paralegal) or 4112 (lawyers & quebec notaries).
I'm choosing 4211 because that's where I want to base my application on since there are more PNP programs that include 4211 (vs 4112) in their in-demand list and I need to upgrade and get licensed before I can practice 4112.
My concern is this: My inputs in my profile -
NOC Code: 4211 - Paralegal and related occupations
Job title: Lawyer
