Currently in the UAE and yung partner ko wants to apply for a student permit. Pwede ba akong sumabay magapply for OWP as common law partner. I am not yet legally annulled in the Phils. 6 years separated.

Anyone po na may Masters degree na nagpa assess sa Wes or iqas? Please share your experience po.. I tried the tool ng wes and it's only equivalent to 4 years bachelors degree. PUP po ang school ko. MBA. Need ko kc ng masters ang equivalent pra tumaas points sa EE

Hi! How does PNP works sa EE? Ang province ba ang pipili sayo or need mo sila icontact para iexpress mo ang interest mo na magapply sa province nila?
Ang bawat province ay may PNP (provincial nominee program). May mga requirements bawat province, most important yung occupation in demand (OID). Kung yung work experience mo ay kasama sa OID nila, then may chance na mapili ka sa PNP. But also remember na may point system yan and need mo mameet yung minimum requirements to be eligible. Then search each province kung andun yung NOC mo sa OID nila.

Sorry pero less ang idea ko sa PNP. I think u shud express interest first sa province then apply sa ee to get the 600 pts. Pero not sure. Read a little more cguro.

Two ways..
1. Sa EE profile, choose 'all provinces' or yung province na gusto mo magstay. What happened to me, since i chose all provinces, PEI sent me an interest letter, then they asked me to send my resume , and so i did. Few weeks later, i received a job opportunities from pei company and eventually got the job. After that, i created a PEI expression of interest profile, then received an ITA from them...i also received a notice of interest from Alberta. If you choose all provinces makikita ng lahat province ang EE profile mo
2. Pwede din, create an EE account and an EOI profile s province na gusto mo. Then wait ka ng ITA from that province
My husband worked in passenger cruiseline as well. I suggest kung may contact ka pa sa principal mo ask ka ng job description. Kasi kung sa agency ka hihingi, hindi sila magbibigay, ang kaya lang nilang ibigay COE. Pero kung ikaw ang gagawa ng JD mo at ipapakita mo sa agency nyo you could also do that provided na willing pirmahan ng agency ang Certified JD na ginawa mo. Pero kung wala ka na talaga choice, gawa ka na lang po ng affidavit ng lahat ng kiniclaim mo na infotmation with regards to your employment hx.Also keep your employment contract at kung may payslip ka pang naitatabi. Need mo kasi indicate ang number of hours per week mo at salary. Pero ok na kahit contract lang kasi nandun naman lahat ng info.
Another advise po, start mo na rin ayusin ang travel history mo since transit ang status mo sa mga countties na pinuntahan nyo. I hope na sau pa mga old passport mo at seaman's book. Need mo kasi isa isahin yun basef sa passport and seaman's book. Pero mukhang magiginng madali nmn gawan ang travel hx mo kasi 5 years lang unlike sa husband ko madugo..
