Yup, I said exactly that, and that I will open a bank account with that money once my PR is finalized, and the customs officer replied, "Oh, that's OK."
Your PR application will not be jeopardized at all. At least your TRV is still valid, right? Alala ko sinabi mo na bumisita ka. If they granted my TRV in the middle of my PR application, you should have no issues. :) Do you intend to wait here for your PPR?

Hello,
Nasa dubai ako and my position is general account. Nung nag create ako ng express entry profile, ang nilagay ko na NOC code is 1111 - accountant. however, as per hrsdcc as per my job description, i fall under 1311- bookkeeper.
should i change my noc from 1111 to 1311.

Hence, i receive an ITA from NB and the position is bookkeeper.

Yes, change it in your Express Entry profile to match your NB ITA.

First, figure out the NOC code for your job.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp

And then read each province's requirements: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/summary-of-eligibility-requirements-for-all-express-entry-pnp-streams-t432937.0.html

Hi. I want to be the principal applicant for them.

I am single/never married/ no dependent children.

Hello Guys,

Kindly Please help :)

2. May naka experience na po ba dito na yung 5 year course (e.g. computer engineering) ay naging 2 years diploma lang ang naging equivelacy?

https://www.wes.org/ca/preliminary/poe.asp

3. ok naman yung WES. based sa website nila, average processing time nila is 20 business days. it will take some time din. it will take a lot of patience talaga sa pag aapply...

My credentials --- 7 calendar days from the time WES received the documents
My partner's credentials --- 10 calendar days from the time WES received the documents

pwede kang mag read dito sa discussion about sa WES...

4. kami ng partner ko common-law. nag apply kami both ng TRV and PRV. parehong docs yung ginamit namin.

Yes I had PPR mail na when I flew to Canada.
But it's also conmon for outland applicants to wait for the PPR mail in Canada. There are a few EE people here doing that, but spousal sponsorship PR applicants do this all the time.

No, you cannot include them as dependents in your PR application even if you are single. You can sponsor them for PR only after you become a PR/citizen.

@bellaluna, did you ever doubt na mabibigyan ka ng PPR? meron pa bang high madisapprove sa point nato? our BG progress is taking a while. actually, most Feb applicants ganun yung napapansin ko sa mga BG namin.. waiting is making us crazy ???

There was always that nagging paranoia. ;)
