Hello! From SG din ako, naghihintay ng OINP AOR. Yung boyfriend ko mas mataas yung points and nasa PPR na sya. Maiiwan talaga ako!
Question - advisable pa bang mag further studies (diploma courses) dito sa Singapore para lang tumaas yung pts ko from 441? Taking into consideration yung gastos at tagal tapos full time employee pa ako. Or hihintayin ko nalang talaga ma nominate ako?

I think you can get up to 32 additional points if your diploma course will be recognized in your ECA: +8 points in education, and +25 (maximum 100) in skill transferability (I assume you already reached CLB 9 in IELTS, so you already have 75 in skill transferability)

My own opinion, mas OK pa rin to wait for a PNP to open up. Ako rin, I was even planning to take further studies, pero buti na lang biglang nagbukas ang mga PNP...faster and cheaper than school.

Seryoso ba talaga kayo sa relationship na yan? Hehe.

CIC naman, naunanhan pa kayo, kaka-lodge ko lang less than 2 months ago dun. Ano baaaa LOL

Thanks MiuMiu! Based on your knowledge or everyone's in this forum, malaki ba ang chance na manominate after AOR esp for Filipinos? May instances ba na narereject pa? salamat ulit!

It is really case by case for OINP. To pass their completeness check and receive AOR, you need to make sure your documents are complete and the forms were filled out correctly. I know this person who applied late Nov just got hisapplication returned from Ontario, because he didnt not provide a photocopy of all the pages of his passport. But Ontario gave him another opportunity to mail the application again, but, alas, four months' of wait went to nothing.

MiuMiu is not Filipino, although she can pick up the context in Taglish, it's still best to talk to her in English.

mag kasama ba kayo ng bf mo nakatira sa iisang bahay? if yes, dapat common-law nalang inapply mo para dependent ka nya. you don't need separate application. ganito yung case namin. magkasama kami sa iisang bahay since 2010 pero di kami kasal. nag apply kami ng visitor visa or temporary resident visa back in 2015, ako ang primary applicant since may family ako sa Canada. inacknowledge naman ng Canada yung relationship namin. but of course, you need some concrete proof na you treat yourselves as husband and wife.

Ano pong proof aside from joint bank accounts ang pwedeng iprovide as proof of relationship nmin? We're living together but not yet married, meron akong billing statements ng utilities na same residence as his, we have pictures and we travel together often. Ano pa po kaya hinahanap nilang proof? Bale aside dun sa IMM5409E form na signed ng Notary Public, gumawa kami ng proof para isatisfy yung financial aspect, social aspect, nature ng household at commitment namin with each other. Eto yung sinama namin:

1. Joint condominium title na nasa pangalan namin (kung may properties kayo isama nyo)
2. Joint bank statement accounts
3. Joint real estate mortgage
4. Joint insurance
5. Joint stock certificate
6. Tenancy agreement dito sa condo namin sa KL at mga rental receipt
7. Mga billings nyo naka-address to the same address
8. Joint wedding invitation
9. Receipt from purchase of household items and jewelries
10. Sa travel naman, yung boarding passes nyo
11. Sa social aspect, yung pictures
12. Finally, gumawa kasi kami ng affidavit sa aming 2 (tig-isa kami) at sa friends and sister nya to support our claims

we don't want to leave some more doubts kaya lahat yung sinama namin. pero kung may anak na kayo, mas matibay yung proof nyo na common-law partners kayo ;D
