sobrang happy ako for you JoyceM nakaka inspire mga status updates, may nilo-look forward mga fellow candidates dahil sa progress ng applications ng mga nauna.

btw, for both JoyceM and gemskipots, anong stage ba ung pag upload ng mga documents as proof? after ba ng send application (which is parang sa original EE profile entry lang rin)? or may naka tago na attachment icon somewhere, at kelangan dun i-upload before submitting?

Tip: Don't access CIC website in the evening. Do it during the morning super duper bilis! Kasi pag gabi parang lahat ata trying to access kaya ang ending lagi kang malolog out at super bagal.

Oo after mo sagutan lahat yan tsaka mag gegenerate ng personalised checklist. Tapos every section will have an upload icon for it. Ang ginawa ko I scanned everything first per section tapos saved it as pdf then put the file name same as the checklist para siguradong yung file na mauupload yun talaga yung hinihingi. After uploading your docs double to triple check everything before hitting submit kasi pag na transmit na yan malolock na and no chance for you to change the attachments.

Enjoy! After nyan another chapter ng waiting game naman. Haha..

Edited to add: I'm going through the post-ITA electronic form right now, and wow, ang daming mali kasi hindi man lang na-carry over lahat ng corrections at edits na ginawa ko after first creating the EE profile. Ang buggy ng system.

Yes, sa akin kasi same LOE sa lahat ng positiom ko for the same company. So same doc lang upload mo. Maganda na sobra kesa kulang haha.

Yeap, welcome to the club haha... basta make sure that this time tama na lahat yan nandyan. Anyway while uploading the docs from the checklist pwede mo pa naman balik balikan yung information to edit.

Personalised Checklist sya madami eh, depende sa dineclare mo. Pero above yung basic things na hinihingi nila. Some Additions are:

1.Marriage Certificate
2. Prrof of relationship (relatives in Canada)
3. Proof of Status (relatives in Canada)

Once inaccept mo yung ITA may mga things na need ka sagutan... parang sa EE profiel ulit pero this time make sure na whatever declaration you did may docs ka to prove that. Pag natapos mo na sagutan yun... mag gegenerate ang system ng personalised checklist and there you will be able to upload yung docs mo.

Hello, Pwede mo ng kunin siguro yung PR cards and yung Birth Certificates to prove relationship sa applicant. Pero yung proof of billing you will have to get that as much as possible recent kasi it should be within 6 months from the date of submission pag may ITA ka na.

You can prepare na din yung mga Letter of Experience from your previous jobs. Yung current job mo advisable to get it once may ITA ka na para recent yung date and info.

i honestly agree na dapat fixed ung dates nila, tulad ng new zealand draws. kahit papano nagiging sane ang mga applicants.

pag hindi kasi, nagsusulputan ung mga nakakainis na speculation sa kabilang threads. keso walang draw until next year dahil sa refugees, medyo nakakawalang gana pag una mo nabasa mga yun. kaya ina-avoid ko na mga (1) doomsayers at (2) super duper mega optimistic na wala sa lugar.

and yeah, mas frequent ung draw, mas malaki chance bumaba ung score.

Oo nga dapat parang NZ kahit may backlog at least sure na meet yung points ma invite hehehe. Oh well, ngayon pwede ko na i-recreate yung profile namin since kaka invite pa palng, sana maka tanggap din ng nomination from Ontario hehehe.

Congrats sa mga na invite, paturo ako pag kami naman na invite hehehe.

Depende sa yo kung ilang years ang idedeclare mo atleast 1 year experience dapat sa EE. If you are certain that you can gather all your docs for the companies na sinalihan mo then Go i-declare mo lahat.

Kasi kami we only declared the companies we had here in SG for the past 10 years para di na kami mahirapan kumuha ng Letter of Experience sa Pilipinas.

Tanong ko lang kung meron ba ditong PPR na tapos may dependent sa pilipinas... Yung passport ng anak ko ime-mail ba dito sa akin sa address ko sa canada tapos sabay kong isesend sa visa office sa ottawa? Or pwede bang imail sa pilipinas yung passport ng anak ko and imail yung sakin dito sa canada.. Confused lang ako.. Salamat!

proof of document for work experience

Hi everyone

I have concerns in completing these documents as work experience:

1. I worked as an OR nurse only for 7 months in a private clinic so I was not given a certificate of employment. I wouldn't be able to state this as one of my experiences right?

2. My problem with my previous employer from Saudi Arabia. I worked in a private hospital. I was only issued a certificate of employment for my end of contract (2010-2013) but when I asked for an updated copy with complete information he refused to give me one. Can i just pass the old one? I have a recommendation letter coming from my medical director as well but I couldn't get a new one either. We were also paid in cash basis so I dont have a pay stubs. What can I do more regarding this issue? Please help.

I'm new here, but thanks for starting the thread. Just like to ask, have you done your ECA yet? If yes, how did you do it? I am a graduate of BSHRM, just like to know what would be it's equivalent in Canadian Degree. Thanks in advance.

For education credential assessment you can try ICAS or WES. They are the third party which validates your documents. You need to register to them pay them a certain amount if I am not mistaken its 200CAD. You will pass to them copies of your TOR ad diploma. Then you need to request from your school to send these same documents to ICAS or WES.
