Tinanong ko rin to after mabasa dito. In fairness alam nila ibig sabihin ng "PE SINGAPORE". The mere fact (daw) na Philippine Embassy in Singapore siya, it means sa Singapore daw na issue. So yun ung nilagay nila.

But you know what, ung spirit or gist ng question is "WHAT country issued the passport", and not "WHERE was the passport issued". So dapat talaga Philippines.

Hello, I think ok lang sya. For me online nilagay ko issuing country is Philippines (para safe) pero sa passport ko PE Singapore nakalagay. I do not think may impact naman sya kasi they will be able to base it sa photocopy ng passports natin na both tama naman.

Hi gemskipots! Naguluhan lang ako bigla at baka maging cause of delay pa sya, in case.

Salamat!

For me, if super hassle then better remove na lang. Pag nakareceive ka na ng ITA you can omit that na before mo isubmit yung information mo.

Dineclare namin sya since lahat naman ng nilagay namin is Singapore Based companies so medyo madali lang kumuha at magrequest nun dito, so hindi masyang trouble for us.

Another question:

1. Sa proof of funds, ok lang ba na sakin mang galing, hindi sa spouse ko which is the primary applicant?
2. Tapos dapat ma masunod yung required proof of funds sa website ng CIC na kung 2 person is mga 14k+ CAD?

1. Not sure, but sa nababasa ko pwede naman. You can declare it as a gift or since kasama ka naman sa application uou can issue an authorization that you are letting your wife to access and use whatever funds that is under your name. I think this documents needs to be notarized din. You can check other threads alam ko nasagot na yan and madami namang application ang naging ok.

2. Yes, you have to make sure that you meet the minimum funds required by CIC.

Tama. May nag quote sa kabilang thread na spouse bank statement is ok. Again, only spouse. Not parents, neither siblings, nor anyone else except spouse.

Watchout lang din, marami nare-reject na applications dahil (if not, primarily) of proof of funds. So just be careful and make sure na pasok, if not exceed, ung minimum requirement ng CIC. Strikto kasi sila dito.

Hi guys,

Anyone here who had issues with blurred/unreadable birth certificates issued by NSO? This is of course one of the identity documents to be submitted for both PNP and CIC and may cause some problems. If yes, how did you get it fixed?

Appreciate any feedback.

Thanks

If you have a clearer copy from the local registrar/city hall on hand, send that in parallel to the NSO certificate with a letter of explanation.

I did that when my relative's NSO BC didn't have their name, but we had the one from city hall that already had the name. Hassle pa kasi to have to do the amendment with the NSO, so buti na lang tinanggap ng CIC pa rin.

Balitaan niyo po kami ano feedback Ng CIC once submitted. Kasi malay natin Kung anong test diba? By right, ung panel ang nasa best position to recommend which type of exam. Alangan naman magma-marunong tayo para pilitin sila to perform non EDE instead.

Our whole family also did medicals here sa pinas yesterday... tinanong kami anong category, wala naman sa instructions so hindi namin alam.

Alright! May link kaba saang thread yun?

Hi Bellaluna,

Both NSO and original Birth Certh ay blurred and unreadable, actually yung NSO copy is just the same quality as the original na may nso logo lang, do you know the process pano ipa ammend?

Thanks

hello guys, this is my first time to post in this thread. i am preparing all the docs for CIC(federal) stage submission under Express Entry, so it would be a great help if someone can answer my inquiry.

1. for those Pinoys who have worked in Singapore before (I am back here in the Philippines right now), did you upload a letter indicating that you need a letter from CIC to get a police certificate during you CIC(federal) stage submission? it's indicated on the CIC site that:

"When you apply for permanent residence, you will be asked to upload a police certificate. Instead, you must upload a document that states: “I am applying from a country that requires an official request letter from CIC to get a police certificate."

2. does this mean that we need to wait for their advice on how to get the police certificate? or there are other alternative ways to do this?

basically, i need some advice if you were able to obtain the Singapore police certificate without waiting from advice from CIC (any alternatives) and if you have uploaded it directly in your Express Entry profile without initially uploading the letter i've mentioned.

thanks in advance.

Yes, PCC will be entertained only for those who got a Canadian authority confirmation (eg, CIC ITA or PNP nomination). Strikto sila dito, marami silang dinecline nung kumuha ako kasi walang confirmation from approving authorities. Kahit local nila na gustong kumuha to convert to Australian citizenship, sobrang pinahirapan at hinanapan ng official letter, and not just checklist.
