Not necessarily. They will invite people that met the cutoff score for that particular draw. Pinakamababa so far is 450 or 451. I suggest you explore the possibility of getting a Provincial Nomination or if kaya pang pataasin ang score nyo.

Congrats! Techniically yes, pero hindi mo pa makikita yung approved info sa profile mo until the time na matatakan na ng Visa Office yung passport mo.

para sa walang time at summary lang kelangan, good news eto para sa mga refugees (which is dapat talaga tulungan kasi life or death ang situation nila) at may pamilya na sa canada kasi nag-increase ang intake nila. pero bad news eto sa mga economic migrants (majority, tayo yun) kasi lumiit and slots from last year (12% decrease).

anong ibig sabihin nito? if ung intake last last year ay 450 na pinakamababa sa EE, mas may probability na hindi na to magiging mas mababa kasi mas lumiit nga ung allotment for economic migrants. para ka makatanggap ng invite, dapat mataas score mo (at least 450), or kelangan talaga ng PNP. unless of course, babaguhin din nila ung points system sa EE (meaning, + something pag may kamag-anak ka or or something), which is walang bonus points ngayon.

so... if may plans kayo, kelangan nang seryosohin.

pero sana naman, bilisan din ng CIC ung pag process ng ongoing applications (like sa amin ni bellaluna) haha.

kung nag baba po ng quota for FSW it means no chance na ibaba din ang cut off score for Draw? nakakalungkot naman!!! :'( ???

not no chance (= possibility). meron paring probability na bababa ung cutoff score, pero medyo maliit from the looks of it.

kaya i-maxed out na IELTS, or go na for PNP for better chances.
