Awww, well I hope my case is also proof that it'll work out!
So sana ok lang after the deadline pa kami mag-submit (after renewing the passport) kung yung passport at COPR mo, hindi pa naibabalik ng MVO. Let them deal first with the passports in their office.ryan.esquieres said:To Bellaluna,
What's wrong with MVO??!!! They move so slow. Ung ibang visa office nsa 3-14 days lang. Anu na status mo sa app?

Just wondering why so long? Inaalala ko kc bka ang mga nagproprocess din nun is pinoy kaya matagal or tinatagalan nila. Ang timeline naman is 1 month d b after sending passports. If other countries can do it quickly y saatin ang bagal. Kc in my case January 2015 applicant ako under NSNP pero ung iba na mas late pa nagapply my visa na sila. So why holding it so long. Sorry im very anxious already.
But I heard in OTTAWA matagal ang process nila pero hindi sa visa stamping. Ang alam ko is matagal cla sa PR application.
bellaluna said:^ Have you tried sending an email to CEM Visa Section? Did your PPR letter have the email address? My relatives' PPR did but they went through FSWP. I hope you get a response quickly because you have more than enough reason to be concerned or anxious.
Just got the reply from CEM Visa Section today, and they granted our passport submission extension request. I guess they know too well of the DFA's unreliability.
Also napapansin ko ba't sa mga PPR ng mga banyaga, kailangang papalitan yung visa office sa local office...yung PPR ng relatives ko gave the options to submit to the local VFS or even to Ottawa if staying in Canada for at least 3 more months.

May sense of comfort talaga ang term hehe. Pero tama naman if you visit the fsw thread dilat na mata ng mga nasssign sa SGVO at nagmamakaawa na ilipat na sana sa MVO yung mga applications. Surprisingly lang na mabilis sila for EE.prcand said:hindi naman siguro kasi, MVO is historically one of the fastest na mag process ng applications. in fact, there was a time na ung mga applications from SGVO (mga ibang lahi, hindi mga pinoy applicants), ni-forward sa MVO (which shows how efficient si MVO).
though case mo ay weird nga talaga, siguro it fell through the cracks lang, and pwede mo silang tanungin?
to be honest, hindi ko alam kung saan visa office ko, dahil hanggang ngayon zero updates parin when in fact halos magkasabay lang kami karamihan last november AOR. hindi kasi ako PR ng SG *hi annapotpot * pero if i were given the choice, mas gugustuhin ko sa MVO ung application ko, for some reason mas may sense of comfort ako dun.
Agree ako, kasi dun sa isa mong inaaplyan kung ugali na lang mabait talaga Canadians di hamak.prcand said:eto rin talaga bakit canada number 1 choice ko para lumipat, kasi seems like medyo pabor sila sa lahi natin *hugot from limang taon sa pagstay dito sa SG* LOL.
wala pa naman tayo nabalitaan na rejected na pinoy no, at least so far?
Oo mukhang wrong assessment sa ECA. Sana nga nakapag appeal sya at sana maging ok na lahat.prcand said:Ehhh...
