For Online Applications, How should I be uploading my photo and receipt?

  • Should the photo and receipt be the same file or in separate files?
  • Should I upload a digital photo or a scanned copy of it? If scanned, should there be stamping on the back along with my name and signature?
  • If I upload a digital photo, should the invoice contain my name? No shops around me are able to type in my name on their invoice.

Sorry to say this, but the instructions on the online portal are clear. Create an account and read the instructions. Let us know if you are having trouble with the online instructions.
