Looks like it is tough for IT guys to apply for PR in future.

Canada High Command do not want IT specialists come to canada Because , they need highly educated Farmer (Like Bihari Bahia, Servent) , Dish cleaner ,sweepers ect... like doctors , nurses , managers, superviser.........
