For IMM5481 form

Please help me to fill up this from.please. .I am only sponsoring my husband and didn't sign any sponsorship before.I have no idea what to put..

Ofcourse,,,,I put my name,
I'm currently employed (YES), employer infos
my net income
and put no.1 on the box provided on 5a CURRENT UNDER TAKING (which is my spouse).

Total number of persons in 4,5 and 6 above is 2 (that will the me and my husband),..

This is the part that I am really confused, in page 2 of IMM5481 form. What do I have to put on each part? please
DETAILS OF FAMILY MEMBERS AND PERSONS INCLUDED IN UNDERTAKINGS IN EFFECT AND NOT YET IN EFFECT.
5B i.) Persons included in previous undertakings you signed as as sponsor and that are still effect.

5B ii.) Persons included in previous undertakings you signed as a sponsor and that are not yet in effect.

5B iii.) Persons included in previous undertakings you co-signed and that are still in effect.

5B iv.) Persons included in previous undertakings you co-signed and that are not yet in effect.

6A) Your spouse or common law partner if not listed in Section C of your application to sponsor and undertaking (IMM1344A) or in 5.B) above

6B) Every other family member financially dependent on you,whether they are living with you or not, and not listed in Section C of you application to sponsor and undertaking (IMM 1344A) or in 5B) above.

I have no current undertakings - sponsorships - for anyone else, so I put "none" as my answer.
