According to CIC site ; International students under PNP Ontario don't need to proove the work experience, they just need to get a job offer letter in NOC a,b,0 after graduation.

So let's say I got that job offer letter and then use it to obtain OPNP approval. After that I cancel the job offer with my employer and get a part-time job somewhere else , then later when CIC approve my PNP ; I will apply for Permanent Residency, so will I have to proove full time work experience related to my job offer that I cancelled or not ? I worry that they find out that I cancelled the job offer letter.. ==> It says they don't ask for work experience for OPNP but I worry that when I will apply for P.R after nomination , they ask for proof of full time employment before approving the P.R.

Please help me, this is my last question.

of course they require experience. It is just common sence. Why else would they want you just to find a job and then quit right after you apply.

so why it says Ontario PNP doesn't require work experience to immigrate. ?

"International students do not need to have any previous work experience. Eligible international students may apply for an approved position from within Canada or from overseas."

When in doubt, always go to the official website:
www.ontarioimmigration.ca/stdprodconsume/groups/csc/@oipp/documents/document/oi_doc_students.pdf

It says, One of the advantages of being an Ontario provincial nominee:
#3). years of work experience are not needed. That is different from, "don't need to prove the work experience" as you indicated in your post.

Can I change jobs or temporarily leave Canada after I submit my application?

Ontario Immigration Once you become a permanent resident, you can live and work anywhere in Canada. If you leave your current employer during either the nomination process or the permanent residence application process, your nomination and application can be denied by Opportunities Ontario. Prolonged absences from Ontario can also affect your eligibility for the program. You should keep Opportunities Ontario informed.

By previous work experience they mean that you can apply as as you get a job offer, and ofcoure you wouldnot have any experience than with your employer, but it goes without saying that you need to maintain that job

Work experience are not needed means you don't need to proove that you worked. It's clear.

And secondly, you copied "Ontario Immigration Once you become a permanent resident, you can live and work anywhere in Canada. If you leave your current employer during either the nomination process or the permanent residence application process, your nomination and application can be denied by Opportunities Ontario. Prolonged absences from Ontario can also affect your eligibility for the program. You should keep Opportunities Ontario informed." from the common question pop-up in the bottom of the page that appears for all classes of immigration, I don't think it applies to international students stream... So I guess you can leave the job offer and work something else. The only way to be sure is that someone who applied for OPNP P.R tell me if they asked him to submit work experience in full time skilled job or not.

yeah you see.. It's not clear. The only way I can know is someone tells me wether they asked him to send work experience proof or not WHEN he applied for PERMANENT RESIDENCY after PNP approved.
