For ECA how much time will get after payment to before send the document by post?

After payment done for ECA how long time i will get to post all the required document to WES?
coz my payment done and reference number also i got. But controller of examine of my university got sick. so now i'm concern about the timing very much. if the time will expire and i can't post my documents then my all money will go in vain
