WES evaluated my Master’s degree as “One and one-half years of graduate study with a remarks of “The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credentials.” What does it mean?

Do I need to ask them to evaluate my Bachelor Degree too? I also graduated Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education major in General Education, 4 years of study in the Philippines.

If I will use this education to apply for EE, where does it falls?

For those who will answer, thank you.

It means that is not equivalent to any Canadian program so no points. You will need to a) get another ECA to see if they will evaluate your Masters as one or b) get ECA for bachelor degrees.
