For Canadian student visa form

I am from Pakistan , Please guide me about canadian study permit form:

1- What I will mark in this question? that country where applying, same as current country of residence please guide I will mark in yes or NO??
2- What I will write in proof of funds in board and room cost?? I will write 10,000 CAD in it?? and also Leave blank others section?? is this correct??

1. Yes if you are applying from Pakistan

2. The other section of expenses includes (e.g., books, transport, pocket money, etc.) .. So mention the amount accordingly
