I sent my docs on 14th Jan and received AOR on 22nd Jan.

Guys, when I can expect status change or any reply from CHC?????????

When did your status changed to In Process?

No , I havent any job Offer in Canada. Surprisingly , My ecas still shows RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE. Its a surprise gift from New Delhi Visa Office

Surprise!!!! but again congratulations.

For current Company I dnt had any Refrence Letter. Will this be any problem. I mentioned my duties on a blank sheet.

For other companies I have given Ref Letter.

i have heard of a couple of cases since today morning (himanshu`s and sk.aggarwal) . both the cases had sent full applications to nd in early jan and both recd meds plus ppr within a month. i think ND has started moving fast.lets wait and watch if the pattern is consistent in the coming days.

There is slight differene in timelines in mine n yur Application.

My first AOR was received on 18th Sep and second on 22nd Jan.

Yours is 10th Sep and 20th Jan.

So hopefully, we will receive positive replies like this.

Please let me know were u able to manage REf Letter from Current Company? I was not. Really concern a lot.

Hey I also have submitted my full docs to New Delhi office in Jan . My eCAS status was updated to received by Visa Office yesterday .
How should I expect my AOR ? will it be by email ?
Also, looks like New Delhi is speeding up processing Hopefully we can all land before the snow begins


P.S. - I didn't notice this thread for Jan 2010 Delhi applicants before , n I started a new thread Anyways , will keep updating on this one ..

Current company reference letter is not mandatory if you have explained your situation in a letter to Visa office.

In my case I provided a cover letter explaining the same and also gave them all my work related documents like offer letter, joining letter, salary slips,bank statement, increment letter, business card and ITR form.

Its written in checklist document to provide them the letter if you don't have reference letter from current company. I hope this will help.
