why did you withdraw. i dont quite understand.

Hi G2009,
Why you had asked for withdrawl? You had a very good profile. I cant understand ? Is there any other specific requirement that harrassed you?

I withdrew PR since I remained outside Canada for more than 2 of 5 years. I now want to move permanently to Canada to join my children who are citizens and settled in Canada. As I remained outside Canada for 4 of 5 years, I formally applied for the reliquishment of PR. The PR relinquishment was accepted by CIC. I recently applied and got visitor's visa (multiple) for 2 years and was in Canada for 3 months. I am now awaiting decsion on my application and if accepted will move by the end of year. I don't understand why they are taking so much time. London is too slow.

I strongly advise to take IELTS before applying.Do not send written submission. I think this is delaying the application.

Hi Gauri,
I also applied under 4121 and got AOR in Dec. I am a university lecturer in Japan for many years.
I am collecting documents to submit the final application to the local visa office in Tokyo.
By the way, any one from Tokyo visa office here?

I need to collect police records from different counties from India, Nepal etc and it is taking a lot of time for me.
wish you all the best ! Where are you from Gauri?

I wonder, How many of us applying under 4121 have a PhD degree? If not how we can prove the research aptitute. I have only MS and no publications but i am a University Lecturer.plz discuss.
regards.

You dont have to prove research aptitude for CIC. Its either you have done it or you haven't done it. If you haven't done it, then look at whether 4131 is more appropriate for you. Many colleges do give out degrees and in some places university and colleges can be used interchangeably. That is just my uneducated thought. I have nothing to base that on.

Hi GAIZIN,
I am from India.I had worked as a school teacher for less than one year , also worked in some colleges on ad-hoc basis for approx 8 months a year , for 5 years and now presently serving in a private university for a continous period of 2+ years on regular basis. My qualification is Masters in commerce (regular) and M.Phil( distance learning). I am teaching MBA and BBA classes in the university.. But unfortunately I have not written any research paper bcoz of heavy and hectice job schedule.
Can you tell me about yourself.
regards,
Gauri :)

Hi Gauri,
Thanks for ur response.
I am a ph. d. holder from a japanese university and working here for 6 years at a capacity of an postdoc, assistanant prof and then an associate professor.
In my case, there should not be problem for research papers but in my case the number of lectures as I am teaching to students only a few.
So, I am afraid of how they consider it.

God bless us!

Hi Yachiyo456 ;D ;D

We both fall under same category 'corporate training'. Welcome to this forum. About myself, a dentist by profession now, working in a Clinical Research Organization. Would you like to share information about yourself?

Best Wishes
Hiamu

Hi Hiamu,

I am Japanese, 32 yrs old, currently living in Yokohama. I studied in Canada and the UK and also traveled to quite a few countries.

Some time ago I worked as a trainer at a call centre in Tokyo, and long before I taught English to elementary school children. The accumulated experience gets to about 4 years. I like teaching very much :)

Good luck to you all !

I also applied under 4121. I have got the AOR in January. Now in the process of preparing full doc.

Hi Farhan,

I also applied under NOC 4121, I am from Pakistan but currently working in Saudi Arabia. I have done MBA and have around ten years experience of teaching. You received your AOR, so I am curious to know what is your qualification Masters or PhD? Becuase I have doubts whether they accept MBA under NOC 4121 or they want PhD.
