Plz. see below duties what I was written in my first attempt & they replied asking detailed description:
MAIN DUTIES: (CONTINUE)
1. Supervise cosmetics formulations' developments, and their implementations to production scale. These cosmetics include products from Hair care, Skin care, and Toiletries. (next on attached sheet).
2. Responsible of designing and implementation of manufacturing procedures/controls.
3. Co-ordinate and schedule duties and activities of workers at processing site.
4. Co-ordinate establishing work schedules to meet production targets.
5. Prepare maintenance plans for processing unit while keeping production targets to meet.
6. Investigate and suggest precautionary measures to avoid environmental and other safety related risks.
7. Educate workers in their job duties and assist them in resolving their working problems.
8. Advise staff promotions and manage hiring operations.
9. Responsible of requisition of material and supplies for departments come under supervision.
10. Manage and develop costing sheets and suggest measures to improve overall costing of the end products.
11. Assist and co-ordinate with Marketing, and Sales departments of the company in making strategies relating products’ sales and packaging.
Well, Since I'm from diff. NOC (9212) but u still can take idea out of it.
