Hi cutekite,

I just appeared in IELTS exam on 23rd Jan. through AEO. My experience was good with AEO. Test started at time, environment and staff was friendly.

AEO fee is PKR 12000 from November 2009. You can check IELTS GT dates and can download registration forms from http://aeo.com.pk

Hi,

I am new to this forum and getting prepared to go forward with filing for a PR. I have few questions like -

- is it advised to go through a professional immigration service when applying for a PR?
-I would be filing under FSW, computer managers. Though my job duties fit but my designation does not as I am currently working on H1B as a senior consultant. How does that go?

Please suggest.

Singhalm,

- Professional Services are not required, if you can spend some time and can read posts in this forum to get idea how to prepare your application.

- If your Job Description (JD) matches to the 0213-Computer Managers then it is ok for you but it is better to have some matching designation for just in case

Do they have branch in Karachi & does Rs 12000 registration fee include IELTS test fee as well?

Thanks.

I applied on january 15th. My application was received on the 22nd via fedex in Sydney. I am not expecting an answer before march or april. In the meantime I am collecting all the documents that I might need for the full application if I do receive an AOR in the future. I hope this all process will be done by december.
