My Job Duties which i have mentioned below are OK under NOC-0111. please advice. Thanks
1-Supervise final accounts (You can not supervise final accounts, as this is done by the external auditors or the auditors only. & management accounts yes you can do this.
2-Plan & Control financial policies, procedures, and standards.
3-Plan financial needs of the company (How do you plan needs? You can manage them only.), manage and allocate funds.
4-Manage operational cash/bank balances, receivables, and payables.
5-Supervise staff payroll, deduction of taxes, monthly sales/purchase registers, monthly/annual sales tax and income tax returns.
6-Coordinate with respective departments for timely accounting transactions.
7-Financial performance evaluation Strange that Finance Manager does this also. of the company based on performance indicators(What Indicaors ?).
8-Supervise internal audit, coordinate with external auditors for external audit.
9-Act as liaison between the company and all key stockholders( What is this?)
10-Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends (Of what) that are critical to the organization's financial performance.
Don't you act as liason with banks? after all you are FM.
Don't you train your staff?
Don't you develop any financial policy, procedure, and system?
