I am also a Physiotherapist from Philippines, I also had an experience in homecare management. Immigration just requested for ITR and invoices and other documents that will proof your experience. I guess bills and invoices from your patients with dates will suffice... I am already in Canada under working permit. I am now processing my residency under FSW1 and my CIC is Buffalo.

hello all
now i m busy to collecting documents..i want to know, that we have self practice as physiotherapist in india.i have all documents to prove the self employment like bills,balance sheets,invoices,ITR ,License to practice but i dont have clinic/company registeration document..what to do now? i m worried.anybody reply

Hi there,

Cashing DD doesn't necessarily means that your application is approved.....my DD was also cashed...but finally my application
was rejected saying that my money will be refunded in 8-12 week.....just for your information...all the best.

Dear medo1921,

If DD cashed this means your application is almost approved. CIO takes 60-70 days normally. But in March, CIO was very fast in sending responses (40-50 days). You can contact by email but it will not help because CIO says that you should wait at least 100 days before any contact. They will send you a standard reply.

If you applied using email then do not forget to check your Junk Email Folder. If you applied without email, then you will receive your AOR more lately (normally 2-3 weeks more).

yea, you can do it. but the file number and other unique information will also do the work.
adding your AOR will nothing but weigh more of your package which to me is unnecessary.

Guys,

Is any one of you know exactly, how CIO is making decision. For some applicants they got response in 2 weeks and few of them gets in 1-2 months. Do they make decision based on max number of points the candidate is claiming for??. I m gathering up my Docs to send london for 2nd step.

Getting PCC from Rawalpindi was easiest for me. To support my doc i need to attach PCC from Karachi as well, that made me tired its really a big headache.

Dear all,

If any one of is tired of working in his own country and looking for slot to move out on fast track, I would suggest to apply for UK they have made changes effective from 06-04/2010 and i believe all of you would be eligible and its fast track practically not like Canada. Secondly volume of documents they required is specific and low not like Canada asking to attach your wedding pictures with your application for "SKILLED WORKER" it seems funny for me. If i m applying as skilled worker why they need wedding pics and nikaha nama?.

Please tell me about my score. Should i sumbit my document to Local office or improve my IELTS Score.

Relative Brother in Canada
IELTS 5.0 Band ( Spking 5.5, Writing 5.5, Reading 4.0, Listening 4.5 )

Can i get 67 points on the basis of above information.

when v send our application to CHC which fee will paid for application processing, is it processing fee of 550$ again or i need to pay right of permanent residence fee 490$ or i will just attach processing fee receipt that i paid to CIO at this stage and later they will ask me to pay right of permanent residence fee.

My cc was charged on the feb 24th and I have not gotten AOR yet.
I also sent them docs to update 3 weeks back but i havent received any response from them yet.
how long should i wait.
My application was initially received on the jan4th .

Any advise please...should i withdraw my application?

This thread wont be inactive, everyone is busy collecting their documents.
dont withdraw, check your spam or junk folders regularly for AOR.
which server you used? Gmail or your own made server ?
