From the approach CIC has for providing the explanation in cases of not being able to provide reference letter from the current employer, its clearly evident that they consider Explanation for any excuse and mistakes, if the explanation is acceptable to them, record showed that they accepted them.

I just have a quick question for you...where is your local visa office?
You've mentioned that you notarized your photo copies, Buffalo was asking for a notarized copies before but for the new forms that they have, they are just asking for photo copies...
Is anybody in this forum noticed that?

Dear All,

All my documents are almost ready.. Successfully cleared IELTS, Cleared PCC, Arranged proof of fund, All documents are in order with notary true copies.. Probebly within 10days i will dispach all my docs to delhi HC.

In schedule1 Background declaration form of my wife Q no11 personal history, by mistake i wrote wrong years.. plz suggest me what to do. i m confused whether i should change it or write a explanation letter?

another thing is I am a main applicant & we have joint bank a/c. 1st name is of my wife. will it do??

I'm from Philippines but since I am already working here in Canada, I chose Buffalo as my visa office but apparently Buffalo is moving so slow compare to my country thats why I'm kinda depress about my decision. Anyways I am just hoping for the best and I do believe that EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON.... so we have to live with it....

if applicant provides an email add, they send AOR in email, else in postal mail.

NO, You dont need to provide it, just Indicate your File # everywhere where necessary.
they already have your AOR email.
