I saw it on my bank statement on March 16, 2010. So it took them 3 days before they sent me an email. I used my credit card for my payment. Is there anyway you can email them? Maybe you accidentally deleted it from your inbox or it was in your spam mail.

Original Passport will be required to submit or copies are required?
what is mean by this para??
”The Federal Skilled Worker application kit states (page 18), “Consult the Visa Office specific requirements now to determine what documents you will need to provide once your application is recommended for processing at a Visa Office. If you are not prepared to submit full documentation to the Visa Office within 120 days do not apply now. Visa Offices are strictly enforcing the 120 day rule and will not provide extensions.”

I believe if u r in pakistan, click islamabad & download checklist. You have to submit ur complete application as per checklist to Islamabad visa office within days or ur case would be dropped.

You can only claim General IELTS points. You can not use academic IELTS to get points.

Hello Friends,

I would have worked full time in my present company (in one of the current NOC codes) from April 1st 2009 till end of March 2010. Am I eligible to send my application to CIO office with one year of work experience in first week of April, 2010. Someone was telling me that 1 yr of work experience basically means working exactly 365 days (and this should EXCLUDE weekends and public holidays).

Can someone kindly please inform me. In my view I qualify for 1 year of work experience.

All my documents are almost ready.. Successfully cleared IELTS, Cleared PCC, Arranged proof of fund, All documents are in order with notary true copies.. Probebly within 10days i will dispach all my docs to delhi HC.

In schedule1 Background declaration form of my wife Q no11 personal history, by mistake i wrote wrong years.. plz suggest me what to do. i m confused whether i should change it or write a explanation letter?

another thing is I am a main applicant & we have joint bank a/c. 1st name is of my wife. will it do??

Also regarding the mistake you made, write a note describing it and send it across with the package. They will do the needful.
