If you have sent your application through courier then you can track the delivery with tracking number, what is the status of delivery in tracking number?

You can just track your application delivery through Courier Confirmation, There are no other sources to verify your application delivery. Your application will take approx 60-75 Days to get you acknowledgement. Your credit card will charge day before you will get AOR.

thanks for your input! i verified it with the courier. I was wrong when I said I mailed it Jan. 21. Actually, it was in Jan. 13. CIO got my application on Jan. 20, 2009.

I will advise you start right away at getting all your documents together.This is so because the faster you submit when you are requested to do so the better for you.It is not an automatic chance though,it is a 50/50 chance of speed and majorly God on your side but at least it is better you get everything ready on time as it saves against mad rush for them within the 120 days given of which circumstance beyond your control may hinder you from getting all that is required together as at when due.

u think so? what if my documents get outdated? i have transcript of records and professional certificates notarized in 2008. can i still use them this time?

actually, its my second time to apply. I withdrew the previous one which I filed in Jan. 2008 because according to the embassy, under the old immigration laws I still have to wait 2-3 more years before it gets finalized and they are giving me the chance to withdraw and be refunded of the application fee and my case be prioritized under the new law.
