I am afraid that I don't have idea about RPRF payment visa CC.

Better to send DD payable at ur local visa office in ur local currency.
Like if ur Visa office is New Delhi then send DD in favor of CHC a total of 42880 INR for u and ur spouse ( 21440 for single)
U will get RPRF payment receipt just within 2-3 weeks by regular mail from CHC.

Don't u provide 'police clearance certificate' along with all other documents? In CHC, ND it is must
