Sorry dude, anyways such up and downs are the part of life.

Now without waiting for ur documents , prepare another set of 'schedule 3 form-imm0008'. Thoroughly read the duties given on cic website correspond to ur NOC, if u think they match with the duties u perform(providing u r able to produce evidence-'reference letter, appointment letter' for that in the later part at the time of document submission at CHC) , then mention them all in bulleted form exactly(means not word wise, just like main idea) as given on the website.Attach new processing fee, and send the documents.

The main duties which they must expect are:

1.Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the department or establishment
2. Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
3. Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules
4. Resolve customer complaints.

NO NEED TO ATTACH ANY COVER LATTER "that I applied on that that date and was rejected etc etc". IT WILL COMPLICATES THE CASE. SEND AS A FRESH APPLICATION.

This incident has happened to me also. They also provide me a number (B01....). Provide same statement as like as Tabedin. If, we'll apply again with fresh documents, further we'll not provide the current rejetion information, moreover then they'll find anything that we applied earlier. Is there any offence take against us ? Is there any wrong will happen to us?

No problem at all, as per my knowledge they will not consider it as offence, surprisingly their computer system does not have any software to identify the same passport no., I know few people who sent 2 application files with same bio-data, passport no. and name; and finally their both files were accepted at CIO, NS.( u can check November application thread for this info), here is the link

my bank draft was cashed on 19 feb

until now i didn't receive any answer

Hi Doglover,

I have bee reading your comments for long, and I acknowlwedge that u r a master for all IMMIGRATION related issues. I intend to migrate to Canada, but I am very new to the immigration Procedure. I am a mechanical engineer by profession with MBA in Operations Management. I have around 8 Years Industry Ecperience in Quality Assurance and Operations and Total Quality Management. Can you please guide me how should I proceed for migration to canada along with my Spouse and Kid?? I shall be applying for IELTS soon. Your advice shall Immensely Help Me. Also if any of the forum members can throw some light, shall be highly appreciated. Also under what categories can I apply and what shall be the total fee/expenditure to land in Canada, and of course how long would it take, if I apply in April 2010

There are few condition to apply as skilled worker, u ll find them all in the above given links.

Regarding fee and other thing better is to talk later , first check eligibility requirement.
