Hi,
my moneyorder was encased on Jan 29th. still not received AOR email. my app received by CIO on Dec 4th (sent on Dec 2nd).

is there a possibility that moneyorder/DD encashed and not receiving their AOR.
if it is sure that i will get my AOR in next two or three days, i want to send my IELTS app as the exam is on 20th of this month. i have to send it before coming monday inorder to secure a place for the exam on 20th.

guys, please suggest!

Balu, i learned that you sent your application without IELTS, i did the same but i am nervous as to they might reject my application. Give me your thoughts please. what is your profession. Thanks.

yes, i sent my app with out IELTS, because i read IELTS required for final assessment which will be done by the VISA office. I may wrong!

if at all they need IELTS for the initial assessment, i am happy that they accepted my app (i hope they do, bcoz my DD was encashed).

but i will write my ielts exam this feb. i hope i will get my AOR in next couple of days. i am waiting for it to send my application for IELTS.

I am in Canada from June'2008, so i will come under FSW3. I am a Software Engineer.

I also sent my application without IELTS result as I was told by agency that IELTS result will be requested by visa office only after CIO accepts initial application. Hope this is right.....

i have some queries about this. i hope anyone can response asap. my application has been reached to NS on 22nd Dec. 2009, i want to know

i. i have paid by debit card. still they havent debited my a/c. and i havent got any response till now. what might be the situation.
2. i havent mentioned any writing or ielts while sending application to NS. ielts is not mandatory at this stage. do you think i have to write and send about english profiency?

22nd Dec is far off looking at Nov trend. So far people till 1st or 2 nd Dec got AOR. So may be 20-25 days more to go for you. I am not sure about Debit card though

IELTS was not required for CIO. If you have not written it and not sent a write up regarding english proficiency, it is NOT a problem. English proficiency proof is required while applying to CHC

Yes , I have also applied under NOC 4131 on 27 Nov 2009 and got file number on 3rd Feb 2010, now I have been collecting documents,
I had got a bitter experince with my previous application applied on 26th Feb 2009 which was rejected due to the laps of my employer,
Lets hope i will get success at this time.
