Kindly check at bottom of the page. In my case it shows last update date is 13th May, 2010.

Pls check your's. Status will change only when last update date would be current date.

@wolfman567 - Just checked the modified date remains the same as 13.05.2010. Till date I just have the POD copy with me as a proof of docs delivery.
