happy to see your msg doglover.. i am in this thread since couple of months. i like to study about all issues. most of the time, who creats thread, after getting success or any reason, he/she is being disappear, u can see feb thread created by BigMike. Its long time, after getting his first AOR, nobody knows where he is. thanks again n hoping to get your visa asap. cheers

My all documents are ready just waiting for IELTS results which would be declared on 30th April, then I might get the IELTS transcript after 7 to 8 days... so I think I would send my documents on 14th or 15th May to CHC (Delhi). My 120 days expire on 15th June.

Just an update to all december buddies.

Thank God, So finally after 5 Months & 12 days a decision has been made on my application, here are my timelines- in red( as per e-cas)-

We received your application for permanent residence on December 14, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 10, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on February 17, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 24, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
