Hi All,

Last week I've received the receipt for RPRF DD.
I was checking the e-cas status today which has changed from 'in progress' to 'decision made'. The web page is not opening after that. Can anyone please let me know what does this mean?

I don't think 2171 is included in the LIST, I am afraid your application can be rejected if you apply on the base of NOC 2171


Yes but when they sent me the docs for correction, shouldn't they mention anything about NOC 2171 (if this was incorrect). The instruction that was send to me said, "please correct the highlighted field in page 2 (where i forgot to write N/A) and send it back to NS".
Other than that all other fields in the applications had a red check mark including my job duties and responsibilities.
So unless i get it back again, i guess 2171 was OK.
I will update, if i get something.

Hey folks,

My CC got charged today 02/22/10, My application delivered to CIC on 31st Dec 09.
NOC CODE 0213

I was little nervous about few mistakes I have done in my application.

1. Left family info last column blank.
2. No photo sent.
3. Not elaborated my Job duties. used one liner spaces available in form, no additional sheet to explain them in details.
4. NOC code: put every where 0231, my initial experience of 3 years was as software engineer/ functional lead. though my latest three year experiance " Project Manager" qualify for 0231 category.

Looks like CIC is generous enough these day's to overlook some minor mistakes.

Thanks to all who provided there valuable suggestions and help & support to sail through initial barricade.
