Hi all,
I just want to add this information since it will make assumptions more accurate, on the CIC website they wrote that they received my application on the 16th of December, not the 15th as I wrote before, and the AOR date is on the 11th of Feb. so my 4 months count down starts on the 11th of Feb.

I hope this will help others estimate their timing. and i did NOT pay by credit card, so I suppose that was the reason for getting a bit fast reply.

As for the IELTS, I think I did well except for the listening, for a few seconds I lost concentration and with it I lost 2 question, if the listening turns to be good then I guess I will get good results, Inshalla I will pass with good marks.

just wanna ask something....since you used your credit card to pay the fee., when was it debited and how long you wait for your AOR...and how did you receive it through email or courier..I also used credit card to pay the fee and it was posted feb 11...til now haven't receive our AOR thru email neither courier...kinda nervous about my case...

I checked my credit card bill online & it stated "pending", that was the morning of the 12th. checked my email on the evening of the 12th & realised I ve the AOR. I dont know if I have received anything through the post since I am away from home.

I have a question regarding the proof of funds in which I need your advice, I almost finished collecting my documents, i am waiting for my IELTS results.
as for the proof of funds, I deposited the required amount (a little bit more to be in the safe side) into my bank account at the first week of January 2010, now I have to submit a three months account status.

The question is shall I wait till the first week of April so that i make sure that a three months have passed on the money in my account? or can i get the balance status now and send it to CHC, though it will show that the required money has been in my account only for the past 2 months?

Please advice and thank you all in advance.

dear all, just got my document back. the problem was my debit card was just expired. i didnt check the expiry date of that card. i got it today and they did red tick marks looks everyhing is OK. tomorrow i want to send it again. the problem is that, my wife is not here with me. she can't give her signature immediately. what do you think, i have to wait her new signature or i can send that forms again with previous signature, which is almost more than 4months ago.
also, i need yr suggestion, i have to print out new forms? or same forms i have to returned back?
