Hi balu0427,
Actually i have no idea about the exact criteria of processing the applications in nova scotia.
My situation was a little wierd; iam an international student in canada for more than one year, when i sent my application to the CIO, they took 73 days to respond and the approval letter was saying that my application is being approved under category 1 NOC (1111).
There was no mention about category 3 (international student in canada for over one year although i sent them a copy of all of my study permits, student visa, entry stamp, certificate from my first school and transcript, acceptance from my second school, so i have not left any documents required in that regard to be approved under category 3.
I belong to category 1 as well (accountant) but at the time i sent my application to the CIO i did not write long details about my job duties, it was only a short description because i was expecting them to process amy application under category 3 not one.
After all, i got surprised that they approved me under category 1 not 3, so i called the call center in canada asking them what might be the reason of ignoring my documents under category 3, the agent answered me" it is better for you to get your application processed faster" !
Any way, when i sent my full documents to Buffalo, i sent more documents under category 3 in addtion to the above mentioned documents such as, proof of enrolment from my new school, my weekly schedual, tuition fees receipts, and explanation letter about the situation, in addition to the work experience documents required under category 1.
Good luck.
