Dear All,

Do i have to submit annual report of the business. i have rec letter from tax that showing i have paid all the taxes till date.
but my question is annual report is like book. but if i am going to submit for all years it gona be more then 200 pages and i have to translate as well. i took for one annual report for 2006.

please advise do you think i have to submit annual report. becuase i am wondering if i submit only for 2006 might be visa office need to see also for all other years. or shall i have to submit only offical letter from tax dept..i do have that one showing ..i have paid all the taxes.

i Have showed my own business.

one thing i notice in visa office berlin their is no instructions in visa instruction form for own employment. but new delhi has that option.

Please seniors advise me ....

Hi deep,

It must be Annual Return and not Report. B'coz tax deptt. is concerned about your Annual Return which might have filed, to check that whether you have any tax liability. They may not meant Annual Report of your business. So, if you have filed your tax return, no worry.

i have rec letter from tax that i have paid all texes..is that enough?

Actually annual report is made by our hire local administrator.its just normal report.

Yes, you have to submit notarized photocopies of income tax return filed by you. BTW from which office/deptt have you recd the query?

Yes, you have to submit notarized photocopies of income tax return filed by you. BTW from which office/deptt have you recd the query?

we have received that letter of the Collector of Taxes which state that we have paid all the taxes of the company i owned!
Do you think this will be enough?
