1. tuhada status ke hai? mera check kitta c main ,aje update nai hoya,OHI a reha hai k NS to assess ho ghi hai file.

2. mera ik dost hai 4131 category da usda experience hai 1 yr 4 months ,but usda exp 1st 8 months ik college da hai te next 8 months kitte hor,kise ne usnu keha hai k j ohne 1 yr de points claim karne hun then usda 1 yr exp ik place to hona jaruri hai, OO kehnda c k site te ditta hai 1 year continuous experience.
Is this justified under any terms. Main taan kade sunni nai c aha problem

Payment of the right of permanent residence fee (RPRF) is required before issuance of permanent resident visas.
Applicants may make their RPRF payment at any time during the immigration process. Bakki at the time of medicals CHC will demand for RPRF. Visa RPRF day 2 months baad vich issue hunda hai. So better hai ke is stage tay he bhej dioo, it will definitely reduce the total time frame for application processing.

For one applicant(only paid for Prin. applicant and spouse, not for depe. kids) it should be of 21440 INR. For CHC delhi - DD should be drawn in favor of "Canadian High Commission" payable at "New Delhi".

As per op06 manual
The applicant must have at least one year of continuous full-time paid work experience, or the continuous part-time equivalent, in the category of Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B, according to the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC).

Experience can be calculated by adding up the number of weeks of full-time work, i.e. 37.5 hours per week in one job or a total of at least 37.5 hours per week in more than one job, in one or more of the NOC categories. Periods of work of less than 12 months during the 10 years immediately preceding the date of the application may be added together and divided by 12 to calculate the number of years.

I strongly believe that If jobs day vich jiadda gap naa hoeaa taan chal jaay gaa kum , cuz oh experince add kar daen gay (c last linesof above para). Meray v eak known daa aidaa daa case c ( 3month+9month) but ohdaa case successful hoo gia without any objection.

Thats gr8, fortunately v both (Me and my spouse) have 3 year work visa for New Zealand stamped on our passports. So appa v swargvasi hoo skaday aa. My query to anyone who can answer this.

I found a thread alraedy discussing job code 2171 but he is a mech engineer. 2171 is for information security consultants/analysts. i ahve worked on both positions and still working as consultant.
They say it is not eligible for FSW-1 ( does that mean fast processing applications that are done in one year..something like that?). Why it is not eligible?

As per official website, I am quoting it here:
your work experience must be Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) on the Canadian National Occupational Classification list, AND
you must have had this experience within the last 10 years.

The bold one is my skill. i.e. skill level A.

yaar halle v ki panga...This is what I have been told by few certified consultants also. I was trying to get only initial information htye told to go for some volunteer/technical training or similar stuff.

Before you all start shouting at me and I behave like a stupid here...I want to tell you I read few posts and it is not under 38 as per them. However, under code 0213 for managers.....though I am not a manager but I do few of the duties as I meet my clients often.

As I only do 2/3 duties out of all mentioned under computer n info system managers..Does that mean I , not being manager, can also apply under that scheme if I want to get my FSW case done within one yaer? quite confusing..please help.
