Hi all,
I need your advice on the family name.
On all my education documents, I have Given Name e.g. ABC XYZ.
After completing my study, I have added my family name e.g. ABC XYZ QWE
On Passport, I have name with family name.
Do I need to explain anything about this?
What is the procedure?

give such details in affidavit, get it notarized and then send it to CHC, they ll consider it. One of our senior member Mr. Accounts did the same.

I put the color of eyes of my daughter as Black but it looks like a Brown in imm008 to initial app to CIO. Is that the problem?
Should I go ahead with same when i send the full app?

So only option is to correct the mistake and as our dear DOGLOVER said"Include that in cover letter",it is normal mistake.
